I honestly didn't think that I would get approved but by the following evening I was driving away in my brand new red Jetta! The staff is amazing. The floor sales manager, the finance manager and everyone else that I encountered took time out to acknowledge me, determine my needs, and made sure I had an amazing experience. He allowed me to make the decision on my own without being pushy, but he was there when I needed him. After the sale, he went over every option with me and even set-up my Bluetooth. From the moment that we initiated the search for a Passat online, the calls and return emails that we received from him were focused on ensuring that we got the right car. We were even told by at least 2 other dealerships that if CV could get us "that car for that price" that we should take it because they would not be able to match it. Dave found us the perfect match and we drove over, were greeted by the friendliest staff and signed all of the paperwork and were on our way in our new car in less than an hour. I came to the dealership on August 19 of this year look at the New Jetta's on your lot. I got to meet and work with John and he showed me several options and several styles on your lot. John and his manager were very helpful through the process of going over what was allowed for my trade in and what the terms and pricing of the Jetta was. John was very professional and the whole staff their was friendly and helpful. The Manager and staff their working together make a great team. John did a great job of giving me the info I needed to decide on what car would work for me and my household.
