Best Customer Service Ever! When I stopped by I was greeted with a smile by Tory. I let him know from the start I was not ready to purchase a car, but he still took his time and When I stopped by I was greeted with a smile by Tory. After we came back from a test drive he gave me a tour of the dealership, introduced me to service writers, and his sales manager Patrick. Horrible experience. Waste of time. My experience started off quite pleasurable. I had worked with an internet sales manager and had a price for the exact car that I wanted. When my wi My experience started off quite pleasurable. I had worked with an internet sales manager and had a price for the exact car that I wanted. When my wife got home from work we made the 90 minute drive to this dealership. I called the internet manager when we left and he said that everything is squared away, "just come in and take the car for a test drive then if you like the car we will do the paper work." I had received the price on true car and printed off the certificate. After test driving the car my wife and I decided we wanted to buy the car, and then they came back with a price that was $3,000 more than the true car price. I told the sales manager NO, and then presented the certificate. They called someone from internet sales that confirmed the price. After waiting some more the sales manager started talking to additional people in sales, and then walked away for about 10 minutes. When he came back he was saying that he would need to add another $1,000 to the true car price and he could sale me the car. This infuriated me and I told him that I would not pay more than the true car price. I told him that I was aware that the true car price did not include destination fee, tax, and tag and not expecting that to be included in the true car price, but I was not going to tolerate them trying to get another $1,000 out of me. I am not willing to be taken advantage of. Not to mention the car had 2 scratches on the front bumper and the paint was chipped on the drivers side front quarter panel. They wanted me to bring the car back in when the "paint guy" was on site. This would require me to have 3 hours of driving time not to mention the time for the repair which would not be factory quality. Had they sold me the car at the true car price I would have been happy to accept the car with these minor imperfections. I am the type of consumer that always gets their car serviced at the dealership, and they would have made more than the $1,000 they wanted up front. I am a loyal person, and if I have a great experience I will come back to the same dealership in the future. I have bought my last 3 new Toyota vehicles from the same dealership and still own 2 of them and the Toyota dealership services all of them. I have also recommended this dealership to family and friends and 2 of them had made multiple car purchases from them. By the dealership not willing to give me what was promised their loss is now much greater than the $1,000 that cost them the sale. Now all they will get is negative word of mouth and numerous negative internet postings from me. AVOID this dealership unless you like being taken advantage of and having your ears burned by lies!!!!!!! More

My salesperson Dave diCecco was knowledgeable, courteous, completely professional and helped me make the right decision for a car for my daughter without pushing me. He gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision and answered all of my questions. So when I needed another car I came back to him to buy again and found the experience to be just as good as the first time. He remembered me and took the time to ask me how she was doing with her car and helped me find the right car with the right features in my budget for me. If you are looking for that car experience where you feel like one of their family then this is the place to go and buy your next vehicle. In conversation with the dealer regarding the issue they quickly stepped up and reimbursed us for what was clearly unfortunate circumstances. To protect our relationship and loyalty as a customer this dealer understands what it means to service customers and will continue to gain our business. No matter what the deal we or vehicle we know now they are behind us with our best interest in mind. More
I called and spoke to Quincy Cornish about a specific used vehicle we were looking for which they had listed online, Quincy answered many questions about the vehicle over the phone since we live about tw used vehicle we were looking for which they had listed online, Quincy answered many questions about the vehicle over the phone since we live about two hours away from this dealer. I also worked out pricing ahead of time with his manager Bruce Forret, they were willing to work with me a little on price even without me being there in person yet. When we arrived at the dealership for our appointment the vehicle was parked up front ready for us, and the condition of the vehicle was absolutely as they described. We had already agreed on pricing and had financing in place so it did not take long to complete the purchase. Here is what places them above most dealers in my eyes. When I got my letter from my financing company I noticed an error had been made in the paperwork. I don't fully blame this dealer as I should have caught it as well. The dealer stood behind their word and they made it right. Communication and service after the sale was excellent. I would absolutely go out of my way to purchase from these guys again. More

My salesman, David Ingraham, was superb in his knowledge of the cars I tested and went out of his way to help me setup various features once I purchased. All the staff, from managers to sales to financing were friendly and I NEVER felt pushed to buy. I also got a GREAT price on my used car, and believe me, I did a lot of research on the internet before buying. Financing was easy and they kept my payment where I wanted, plus beat the rate quote I had gotten from my bank. I highly recommend buying from David at Carolina Volkswagen. More
