I have always purchased Nissan's and someone I have visited many dealerships in my lifetime and this by far was the best service I have ever received. I have always purchased Nissan's and someone recommended me to Carolina Volkswagen. Being very skeptical, I still went and got such great service by my Sales representative I decided to make a purchase. He helped get me what I wanted under my monthly budget even with my credit being slightly below average. He walked me through every intricate detail about the car and even called me a week later to see how I was enjoying my purchase! As I received my first oil change, service went above and beyond to make sure everything else was perfect even giving my beauty a nice car wash. Such a friendly staff and very accommodating to the customers as we wait in the lounge. The Starbucks, and snacks are extra perks :) I love it here! I will definitely be upgrading in two years and remain to stay with Volkswagen. More

Our salesperson Saaid was excellent- knowledgeable, friendly, followed up timely, and was never pushy. I felt like he went out of his way to make it a good experience for my son. Saaid even came in on his day off to ensure the purchase went off without a hitch. I also worked with Finance Manager Chris Woodard. He was personable, straight forward, explained each form thoroughly that I had to sign, and although was required to run through all the dealer add-on services which I politely declined, he accepted my answer and did become aggressive in trying to get me to buy services I did not want. I appreciated his approach on that as I've dealt with plenty of FM's who can become unpleasant during that process. After finishing the sale and leaving the dealership, Chris called me and asked me to return. He told me he a lower finance rate had come back after we finished the forms and all he needed me to do was sign a new form with the lower rate. Much to my surprise the lower rate also qualified me to have my first month's payment made by VW. Doesn't get better than that. He could have not said anything and I would have never known. Appreciated the honest approach. This is my first purchase at this dealership and based on this experience I would buy here again. More

The service advisor Charles is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, honest, polite, and truly care about his customers. Charles is always available when needed over the phone also when I have service questions about my car. I didn't know my tires were in so bad shape and he called me to tell me how concerned he was with my safety driving this car, explained the risks and recommended me to change tires as soon as possible. When I replaced tires, I certainly noticed the difference it made having new tires in my driving and safety in the road. The sales, General manager and sales reps are also available to answer questions about your car. The waiting are in the service department is always well stocked and clean neat. This is a service department I can trust. Thanks for the service provided. I definitely recommend this dealer. More

It's the second time I am buying a volkswagen and prior visiting Carolina Volkswagen, I went to Keffer and Volkswagen of South Charlotte. Keffer being the worse experience ever - seriously don't go there, you will fell into "the car is crap, but I am selling it to you as if it's an underpriced Rolls Royce" kind of dialogue. Volkswagen of South Charlotte was quite alright, even though they didn't let us negociate anything. With Dustin Speights and Mike Trecki, I was able to negociate a decent price for the car, and everybody was happy. Mike really went to the extra mile by preparing the car (carpets, license plate etc...), I guess it is part of his job, but I was impressed by the fact he didn't mind at all doing it. Usually a salesman forgets you as soon as you signed the contract. He didn't. So thank you guys and we'll be definitely back ! More
