The car was just as described, test-drove it, paid for it, and was on my way within a couple hours. If you dislike the typical aggressive/pushy sales person, Chuck is the guy for you. Jump to 2012, and we had the opportunity to own not only our first CC, but our very first VW. Question we had from the beginning was who would we trust to work and perform service on this German made car. We came across Carolina Volkswagen about a year after we had purchased the car, and it has never been anywhere else since! We trust Carolina Volkswagen with our CC that we love. Put it this way - we all go to our doctors for annual checkups and such. My wife and I think of Carolina Volkswagen as our doctor of choice for our CC, no doubt. They absolutely strive for customer service excellence, and indeed deliver! We have worked with Carmen several times, as maintenance and other service requirements came about, and always have felt that she, and Carolina Volkswagen were customer driven, seeking to stand out from the other VW dealerships in the area. We have been nothing but completely satisfied with the customer service we have received from Carolina Volkswagen, as well as their expertise and skillset working on our VW.
