I picked out a VW Jetta sports black with black/tan interior I was so excited about the car. However the had a little bit of trouble finance due to one of my check stubs was under a staffing agency. so they gave me two weeks to bring back the down payment of $2000.00 down.The day I bought the money into complete the transaction they sat me down and had me waiting for a good 45 mins. The orginal saleman never even spoke to me the whole time I was there. they sent a young lady over to me to tell me they sold the car that they had on hold for me. She aplogized but of cause to me that is bad bussiness. They let me come out their with the perception that my car was ready to take off the lot.. When my significant othe rdecidedi should look for another car I really didnt want too.after the way I was treated. After I put my money down for the new car the fiance manger ask me to lie about the service i recieved there. But I can tell you Carolina Volkswagen superseeds and professional customer service Charles is my service go to guy he is the nicest guy and always a pleasure to work with. In the past, we have done business with Hendrick dealerships. However, due to some, in my opinion, shady sales tactics and ethically questionable practices we have been looking to cease doing business with Hendrick. We happened upon Carolina Volkswagon by chance and decided to stop in. We left with a 2018 Tiguan and plan to purchase further vehicles from this dealership in the future. We dealt with the lovely Macarena Portales. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. In addition, all of the managers, sales staff, service staff, and other employees with which we interacted were equally professional and pleasant. We were offered a more than fair value for our trade in and are very happy with the new Tiguan as well as the financial aspects of the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and this experience was, without a doubt, one the best car buying experiences we have had. We plan on doing all further Volkswagon business through this dealership. More

Now I work in customer service, so I'm looking to be treated like I treat my customers, and they said he wasn't pushy like most sales people. So I go in specifically to speak with Julian, and he was awesome! He was more like a friend giving advice, he was knowledgeable, pleasant, and very patient, being as I am super indecisive. I WILL definitely be buying my car from Julian!
