I tried several times to get someone to Charles Hedrick saved my business, because of him, I will continue to be a happy and returning customer. I tried several times to get someone to listen to me about scheduling my 130,000 mile service for my VW. Not being my first VW, I knew that was not a simple maintenance visit. I had wanted a loaner or other mode of transportation for the known 4 + hour down time. I was told repeatedly that the 130,000 mile service was a simple service and that my only option was to wait. I gave in to the repeated wrong information and took my laptop to the dealership to do my work while waiting for the quoted one hour service. Charles had the displeasure of breaking the bad news to me, it was, in fact, going to be a four hour service. I blasted him with the conversations and emails I had with many members of the staff about this being only a one hour service. Charles secured a loaner, explained in detail the actual service to be performed and time to be performed. He gave me his personal phone number to reach out to him for my service needs as they would be addressed in a correct/prompt/timely manner. I informed Charles that I was out of town and drove past a VW dealership as well as driving past another VW dealership in Charlotte just to make this one hour appointment. Because of Charles' attention, I will no longer look at dealerships I might pass, but continue to look to a dealership I shouldn't pass, Carolina Volkswagen. Thank you Charles, job very very very well done! More

My Service representative, Mick Marshall, listened to my concerns and provided a possible work-around. When that failed to resolve the problem, he immediately referred me to a on-site subject matter expert who determined my vehicle needed to come in for further examination. I then learned Carolina VW offers a concierge service that I found very convenient. David Brown drove a loaner car to my home and drove back with my car to their service department. A few hours later, Mick called to tell me the issue was found and has been resolved! An hour later, David returned my car and drove back in the loaner. I am very pleased with Carolina VW and will continue to work with them in the future. More
