service 12 volkswagen I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. One tire had a nail in it. All four of my tires were less than two years old and I had purchased them I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. One tire had a nail in it. Initially no one mentioned that because the tires were almost new (I don't drive much) that my replacement tire should be discounted. She was sitting outside on the iron bench so she did not hear him. Dave seemed to genuinely want to help the woman out with the locks on her tires but I’m not sure why he said “little black lady” he could have said the lady who owns the Jetta. I’m not sure what his intentions were but his statement was upsetting to hear. More
