Kaila was awesome Just bought a used VE Beetle from Carolina VW. The staff were all amazing and friendly but the associate that assisted me personally was Kaila. If I could give her more than 5 stars then she would definitely get them. She was kind, helpful, very personable and took care of my every need without being over bearing like some dealerships and their employees. I went in knowing the car I wanted and she helped me get it at the price I was hoping for. I couldn’t have asked for a better professional to assist me. Very Unsatisfied Customer I do not plan on having my vehicle serviced at Carolina Volkswagen ever again. Too expensive, and overcharged on a part that was needed. I went for a particular problem (window not rolling up) and was required to pay $99 for Service Dept to determine what caused the problem and then making the repairs. I was then told of another problem that was supposedly found, and it would cost $1,000 to repair front and back brakes. More

They went above and beyond by helping me get the foreign language off my dash and fixed it so I could use my new phone over the radio. I think they are geniuses. More
