Recall repair service Original work was done by another VW dealership for Tiguan sunroof lighting disconnect. This visit was to reconnect with the fix, a 3 hour process. Shuttle service was provided as well as pick up when service was done. Car was done when promised and nicely washed, ready to go. I asked that service recommend whether or not I needed the tires rotated because of wear. The waiting room was relatively quiet so I could concentrate on reviewing a report for work. Olga reported about an hour later on the recommended repair & fee. Suggested an alignment of the tires so they would wear more evenly. All the repairs were completed & the car washed by 12:30pm. The price was reasonable. More
