Great people working here Olga is always so welcoming and kind whenever I come in. She really takes the time to try and work with you to get everything job at a time that works Olga is always so welcoming and kind whenever I come in. I got my oil changed and a recall issue fixed, I dropped my car off around 8:15 AM and they had it ready for me by 12:30 PM. They even shuttled me to and from the dealership. Terrible survey This survey is not helping me (the customer) or you at all. I gave an honest review after my prior visit, it was a 69 overall. The service rep confronted me with it, and almost scolding me for giving such a low grade. I asked him if he knew why I gave that grade, but he did not know, nor cared. I was then treated pretty badly by several employees there, and a fix that was supposed to take 2 hours, took 2 days instead, and I was denied a loaner car. so I gave 5 stars down the line this time to see what happens next time. As for the survey, I did not appreciate seeing that it was completely ignored, except for the overall grade, after i took the time to fill it honestly. Further this survey is not helping you improve, as the employee could not care less about what was in it. More
