Service issue The service reps did not know how to use the maintenance program coupon I presented at time I took my vehicle in for service which was on a Friday. Thus, I left with no record of what was done to the car or if there were any issue(s) that I might need to know. I did not get the written report until the following Monday when I contacted the service manager. I still did not get the entire report that I normally get when my vehicle is serviced but something is better than nothing. More

7-2-19 service I brought my Jetta in for routine oil change, windshield wiper replacement and state inspection. All work was performed satisfactorily except the insp I brought my Jetta in for routine oil change, windshield wiper replacement and state inspection. All work was performed satisfactorily except the inspection. This was due to machine being “down”. Disappointing but beyond anyone’s control...would have been nice to get everything done in one place!! Coupons received in the mail were an added bonus!! More

Easiest and nicest car purchasing experience I had been car shopping for over a month at the point that I made an inquiry at Carolina Volkswagen. Donell Richardson reached out to me instantly and I had been car shopping for over a month at the point that I made an inquiry at Carolina Volkswagen. Donell Richardson reached out to me instantly and scheduled a time for me to stop by. Now, Carolina Volkswagen wasn’t even in my top 3 places to stop that day, but I had looked at some Tiguans and thought I may as well stop by before my other scheduled meetings. I arrived that morning and instead of 10 salesmen flocking my car before I even stepped out, I was greeted with a smile and Michael opening the door for me. I then met with Donnell who took the time to listen to my needs and wishes in a car. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about all the care in the lot. He said he had a car in mind for me to check out and test drive. Before leaving to grab the car he asked if I wanted anything to drink or eat. I had my doubts as I had been car shopping for quite some time and just couldn’t find what I was looking for that wouldn’t break the bank. But donnell showed me to my dream car! It had everything I wanted and more! Donnell was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and was just as excited as me going through all the gadgets. Donnell sold me on the car without being pushy. I’ve heard so many horror stories on the financial negotiations in car shopping, including from my family members at other dealerships, so I was ready to be there all day. However, the process was so easy! I told them what I could financially handle and we were able to come to a consensus easily. It was the easiest, quickest car shopping myself or my mother has ever experienced. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Carolina Volkswagen. While I’m partial to donnell as he sold me my dream car, everyone I met there was friendly, caring, and genuinely excited for me. I’m so glad I stopped by, because I found my dream car and had the best car buying experience thanks to Carolina Volkswagen! More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE They basically told me how to fix my own warranty covered car in a rude manner. Very poor service. My car had a spring that kept getting hung up and They basically told me how to fix my own warranty covered car in a rude manner. Very poor service. My car had a spring that kept getting hung up and stuck on the passenger seat and they said it was fixed and when I got there it was not and then tried to show me how to fix my own seat when it gets stuck. My car is still under warranty and yet they lied and said it was fixed and then when I get there they want to show me how to fix it if it happens again! Olga and the service manager got rude and gave me dirty looks for me complaining about the service. They should not be in management because they are not nice when customers get upset. I had to end up talking to the general manager who will help me in the future if I ever return. More
