Excellant Sales Person Darywood was friendly and professional from start to finish. When question was asked he did not hesitate to give an answer. The vehicle I purchased it Darywood was friendly and professional from start to finish. When question was asked he did not hesitate to give an answer. The vehicle I purchased it seemed that Darywood studied the manual about everything my car had to offer. When asked about getting window vents he personally went and checked with the parts department about ordering them for me. Of all sales people I have worked with on previous purchases regardless if it was an automobile purchase or my home, Darywood made things go very smoothly. I will not hesitate in working with him again or having a friend ask for him personally when they are in the market for a new vehicle. More

Payoff quote incorrect So. When the dealership tried to get the payoff on my trade in. the company my loan is with happens to also be my insurance company. They were closed So. When the dealership tried to get the payoff on my trade in. the company my loan is with happens to also be my insurance company. They were closed at the time so the finance department took the payoff quote from my credit report. Which of course was not exact. I didn't know this until the salesman calls me a couple of days later explaining that I needed to get with my loan company to figure out the difference. It just so happened that I had just made a payment that took up the difference. So it worked out okay but this was only after several calls between my loan company. Me. The salesman and the dealership which of course would never return the calls which made it even more difficult to get cleared up. I also had to make a trip to the loan company and back to the dealership. The salesman was nice and did everything to try and help. I am not pleased with the process that your finance department choose to take. The situation could have worked out against me very easily. More
