Great Customer Service! I stopped by after another dealer didn't have the selection I was looking for. It was very close to closing, and I didn't plan on talking to any pushy I stopped by after another dealer didn't have the selection I was looking for. Horrible Service Dept. Refused to cover warranty.Took my Hyndai to another dealer and they fixed the car under warranty,over $700 in repair. I was given the run around and waited 3 days for the service dept manager to speak with me. He proceeded to quote "alternative facts" to me, 2 things that were absolutely untrue. I wound up towing the car to another dealer who jumped through hoops to preform excellent service when they heard of my ordeal at this dealership. I had heard neighbors Carolina Hyndai had a bad reputation.I should have taken their warning. More
