In the end, we love our new Pacifica -- but left with a feeling that we did not "meet in the middle" on price. People we met were very nice, polite and helpful -- especially Lorenzo White (direct Sales Rep), Teresa Matthews (very helpful on questions on the new vehicle, the Maintenance Plan, and offering water and snacks), -- but the entire process took over 5 hours. Very tiring, especially for my wife who was with me, since we wanted both names on the title. More

We had told them up front that we were just looking.... My husband had been researching new cars and liked the reports and reviews on the Jeep Compass. A month ago, we stopped at the Carolina Dealership and Vic walked out and said hello. I told him that I just wanted to test drive the Compass as we were seriously considering that car but were not ready to buy quite yet. I did the test drive, he thanked me and I told him that we would be back when ready to buy. Purchased my new Jeep Compass yesterday and couldn't be happier! Thanks for not stressing me out!
