Service before sale good and fast processing. Even though Jeep listed a $500 accessories incentives, they said it did not apply to the 2010 models. The said they would give at cost parts for the running boar Jeep listed a $500 accessories incentives, they said it did not apply to the 2010 models. The said they would give at cost parts for the running boards, but the next day said the factory style parts were only a difference of $4. Sites other than Mopar have the same part listed significantly less. Lesson learned, once you leave the lot, all bets are off. More

Frank (Sales Manager): When asked if I could have a Challenger hat with the purchase of a 40k vehicle, he said no because I had too good a deal. That's bull considering that was all that I asked for with the purchase. Dealership. Cashed purchase check before agreed upon time causing me to have to pay bank fees and a total mess up of my accounts. Even though the dealership has agreed to reimburse me the fees, I'm going on a week now still trying to get documentation of the fees paid and generally inconvenienced for having to do so. I would not recommend this dealership. More
My wife and I purchased a 2011 Challenger R/T. I am deployed for 365 days to the Mediterranean Sea and while my wife had taken my 2009 Ram in for an oil change she saw the Challenger. I phoned Al Stev deployed for 365 days to the Mediterranean Sea and while my wife had taken my 2009 Ram in for an oil change she saw the Challenger. I phoned Al Stevens from Spain on Thursday 28 April to ask him to work up some numbers for me. Later that day I received an email from him with numbers that were better than I could have imagined. While speaking to him on the phone I told him how pleased I was. He said to me "Matt, you are over there taking care of us so we are going to take care of you". By noon the next day my wife departed the dealership in our new car. Al and Deron ensured a painless transaction for my wife in less time than it has taken for me to purchase any of the nine other vehicles that I have purchased at dealerships in two other states since 1996. Many dealerships advertise their support for military personnel, but Carolina Chrysler has actually shown their support. In my opinion they are a great credit to the Nation and people that I serve. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and WILL NOT be the last one. I would rate them as a FIVE STAR +++++ DEALERSHIP. Sincerely, M.H. More
My reason for purchasing the 2011 Challenger that I did was a very emotional decision to make as the vehicle I was trading in belonged to my father who recently passed away. I made a trip to the dealership simply to explain the situation and ask some things about the car. Deron was extremely patient and sympathetic to my plight. He reassured me that they would do all they could to make parting with the 2006 Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually as painless as possible should I decide to trade-in. He let me talk and ask questions with no pressure felt on my end at all. After the decision to trade in the truck and purchase the car, Al and Deron had all of the necessary paperwork prepared for a sale the very next day. Every bit of paperwork was complete and simply required my signature; there were no complications or issues of any sort. I have purchased vehicles in the past and have sat for hours signing papers due to unpreparedness on the part of the dealer. With Al, the signing was over in about half an hour. That impressed me immensely. This was my second experience with Al as far as new vehicle purchase, and I have never had things run so smoothly and painlessly. Overall, the decision was very difficult, but Al and Deron were more than understanding, and that was for me the selling point. The Challenger is a more practical suit for the area in which I live, and while it was emotional to trade in the truck, I was completely at ease with my decision after having spoke with and helped by these two gentlemen. With service like this, Carolina Chrysler is pretty much guaranteed any future auto-related decision I make. From the moment my wife and I walked in the door, we were greeted by several employees that asked us how we were doing. We had an appointment with Steve and were taken directly to him. Throughout the entire experience, we were treated professionally, courteously and like we were old friends. We were never pressured into making a purchase of a vehicle that did not meet our practical and financial needs. I have never been fond of shopping for a new car because I dislike the overall "sales" aspect and the constant "let's make a deal" game. I NEVER once felt like I was not getting the best possible pricing for the vehicle I chose. I also felt that I was given a very fair price for my trade in and that no attempt was made to under value it for their benefit. I can promise you that every car I buy in the future will be purchased from Carolina Chrysler. More

The internet experience was not what I expecterd. When I went to the dealership it was like starting over with the vehicle information. Otherwise I have been extremely satisfied with this dearlership (having purchased here before). The vehicle I purchased will be delivered on Jan 11 or 12 as they had to find it as they did not have what I wanted in stock. I feel very comfortable with Carolina Chrysler and will have my service done here. Now I am just waiting to get the call that my vehicle is ready. More

On the way, an eighteen wheeler lost a tire and it was thown into our Camry. It scared us to death, my 15 month old daughter was terrified. It hit the front and went down the side of the car. We drove to my parents house and went shopping for a new car. We went to Carolina Chrysler just to look. They were great. No pressure just solid information on the Dodge Avenger. They were great. They helped me get financing and actually lower my payment. I would strongly recommend this dealership. More
