We purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram from a different dealership in 2009. We had nothing but problems with that vehicle and were left pretty much stranded at the side of the road pulling a travel trailer. The service managers, the diesel mechanic were determined to get to the bottom of the problem and worked hard to resolve the situation for us. However, because we felt no confidence in the truck, we decided to look for a new vehicle. The only choice, we felt, was to work with Carolina Chrysler Jeep Dodge because of their efforts on our behalf to correct the problems with the 2008 and Vic's efforts to locate the type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. We weren't easy customers and had very definite ideas of what we wanted in our new vehicle and what we wanted to pay. Vic and Al were able to put a deal together that we able to afford. More

I just bought a new Jeep. The only glitch was as follows: John said he would look for a vehicle as there were none on the lot that met my needs/desire. I told John that before he started looking, he should be sure that the dealership was onboard with my clearly stated allowance, that I required for my vehicle. He went to speak with another man and soon came back, stating "we are okay with your demand" or something to that effect. Later after he found a vehicle he called and told me they wanted $2,000 more from me, i.e. $2,000 less for my vehicle. I held to my demand as it was a fair offer and the next day he called with an acceptance. This was the only disappointment in the buying process. I will be coming to the dealership for all service and harbor no lingering antimosity. They say all is fair in love and war. See you all soon, Don Blake More
