After a not so pleasant experience with a Norfolk Va. Dodge dealership, I decided to give Carolina Chrysler Jeep Dodge a shot at our business, I submitted a request through their website and within 15 mi Dodge dealership, I decided to give Carolina Chrysler Jeep Dodge a shot at our business, I submitted a request through their website and within 15 min a rep from the dealership contacted me and set up an appt. My salesperson Johnny Webb met me before I could get through the door. Although they already knew they didn't have the car I wanted and didn't try to pressure me into any they had available on the lot , they told me they could locate the car I wanted and get it sent to me. I opted to special order my 2014 Dodge Charger RT through them. After taking my basic info Johnny introduced me to Al Stevens and we sat down and proceeded to order the Charger to my specs. They made me feel welcome and that I was like a family member. Al and Johnny kept in contact with me as my car progressed through the build and shipping process. As my car was in transit they called to let me know when it would arrive so I could accept delivery. The day we went to pick up the car we were delayed by traffic and late for our prearranged time. Johnny missed an important event that day to be with us when we got there. I had told Al that unless he could beat a rate that was offered by our Credit Union we would be financing elsewhere. Well low and behold he beat it. We are thoroughly enjoying our new car. Thank You Al and Johnny More

The lengths he went to, to ensure our concerns and wants were addressed was fantastic. I have always had a nice experience at your dealership, but, in my mind, Vic put it on a whole new level. To me, he is not just a sales person, but a friend that was waiting to be met. I went to pick up my jeep from service after I was called I went to pick up my jeep from service after I was called saying it was ready. The service dept installed a hard top and wiring harness I ordered fro I went to pick up my jeep from service after I was called saying it was ready. The service dept installed a hard top and wiring harness I ordered from them. The jeep was outside waiting to be picked up. The hard top wiper did not work as it should, the rear window defroster did not work at all. When my wife was going to drive it back home she said the ac and controls did not work. None of these problems were identified by the people that installed the hard top and wiring harness. David Pitman (the service manager) took my complaint about the rear wiper not being right personally and told me I had a condesending attitude. When my wife heard MR. Pitman she left to go sit in the lounge area because she knew it was going to be messy. She was right. I droped the jeep off at 7:45AM. They called me saying it was ready and I arrived at 3:00PM. Because of the problems I identified, I was there another two hours trying to get it straightened out till 5:00PM. On top of all this no one from the service dept called me earlier during the day to say there was a problem and they layed something on the hood of my jeep while in the service area and scratched the hood. After I had pointed out the problems and they were trying to figure out what went wrong they had me talk to a really nice guy named James Bailey who told me they ordered the wrong wiring harness and would order the correct one and re do the work at no charge to me. At this point the service manager would not have anything to do with me. He let James Bailey hear my complaints and explain to me they would fix the problems. The new wiring harness came in and I scheduled to have them do the rework Wed. 31 July. I dropped the jeep off at 7:30 AM Wed. and talked to Brian Vernon at this time. When I told him about the scratch in the hood he passed the word for the service manager David Pitman to come see me. Mr. Pitman was a no show. Mr.Vernon went to the back to get him and again he was a no show. I had to show the scratch in the hood to MR. Vernon. It is 2:50 PM and they have had my jeep since I dropped it off at 7:30 AM this morning. No phone calls yet so I will wait and see. This is my very first jeep. This is my first time doing any business with this dealership. I am 59 years old. I am retired after serving 27 years in the military. At this point in my life this is the worst experience I have ever had with a service dept. at a dealership. I hope when they call to say it is ready that all repairs are done when I pick my jeep up today. More

I had been to several dealerships in the area looking for a new (at least new to me) car,and to say the experience had not been pleasant is an understatement. But as soon as I showed up at Carolina Chrsyler and met Javon,it went great. I tested the cars I looked at online,My husband went back and drove them also. As a matter of fact,I went back several times over a few weeks trying to make up my mind,Javon was always friendly,patient and helpful. And he continues to be,everytime we have any service done. We always check in with him. He's an extremely nice young man,we consider him a friend. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car,he will go out of his way to help you. More
