Lengthy internet negotiations Al Stevens and Steven were both very nice to deal with. However, we did have some issues with a computer system not working correctly. We purchased a new Dodge Ram truck via the internet. We had to drive from our home in SC (about 6 hours away). Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Al. He was very professional, went over all the paperwork with us. We traded our truck in and that part was also taken care of nicely. Steven helped us to complete all the rest of the paperwork and we shared stories of hunting and fishing with him. They were both very nice and pleasant to work with. We love the truck. Averaged 25 mpg on the trip home. More

They set up a meeting with General Mgr. Dave Davis and Service Mgr. Lin White with their help, expertise, vast knowledge, and most of all their genuine care and concern for our needs - they supplied us with all the information on various options available to us - giving us all the cost factors and details. We decided it was best that we trade-in "old faithful" our 2002 Dodge Ram 15000 - which we had purchased new from Carolina Chrysler 14 yrs ago - it was a great truck - gave us many good years - smooth ride - great mileage - we'll miss her. But we now have a new ride -2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from the best dealership Carolina Chrysler where the real professionals are. I will put it this way. I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I was willing to drive an hour each way to deal with Al and his team. From the time I walked in the the time I drove off the lot in my new Ram, I was not once pressured. Once we found my truck, Al was in contact with me, he also noted with whom I would deal with if by chance he wasn't there when I arrived. I did arrive and sure enough he had stepped away, I dealt with Joe (another awesome experience) He helped me finalize my paperwork, ensured my truck was ready and fueled. This was my first time at a dealership with the intentions of buying a vehicle and I truthfully expected the horror stories and cliches that commonly come to mind for car buyers. However, my experience was top notch in all aspects from start to finish. Al Stevens was my rep and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He worked hard for the best deal even when I didn't buy the first day I walked in. I never felt rushed and that was important to me. Do they want to earn your business the first day you walk in the door? Ofcourse they do, that's smart business and I can appreciate the fact they want to make sure there isn't something they could take care of that is preventing you from getting what you want that day. In essence, Ale does a masterful job at not being pushy or using pressure but also not being overly passive which leaves you with a genuine sense he wants to earn your business but not at the expense of your feelings or wallet. He took care of my wife and I every step of the way. I have no doubts that this sort of customer service will continue beyond my initial purchase. He set the bar high and earned a repeat customer. On one last note I wanted to make sure I extended this praise to every employee I met here. From the top down the customer service was astounding. A moment that particular stood out to me was when another sales rep, who had nothing to do with my process or truck sale, came outside in the heat wave while I was removing items from my trade in vehicle just to offer and then hand me a bottle of water. Al was by far the nicest to deal with. He was straight forward, offered a great price and was very quick and helpful in his responses. He was friendly without being phony, and was knowledgeable without being pushy. The model he had was not even what we started out looking for, but once we saw it in person and had the space to think it through, it turned out to be exactly the one we wanted in the end. He was exactly what you want from a dealer. We will be back to see Al when we are ready for our next Jeep! More
