Then when I asked if I could take it off they asked how long it would take me I said 15 minutes and they said " thats too long we dont have time". So now im out 600 value or even half that should have been considered. And I have negative equity. The new car i got from them only had 1 key phob and they refused to get a second one for me which was ridiculous I gave them 3 xxxxxxfrom my trade in and they didnt even consider finding a way to make any of this right.
