POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE ON 10/17/14 FOR MY 2013 FIESTA,BECAUSE ,IT WAS EXCESSIVE TRANSMISSION CLUTCH SHUDDER DURING LIGHT ACCELERATION.AFTER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE ON 10/17/14 FOR MY 2013 FIESTA,BECAUSE ,IT WAS EXCESSIVE TRANSMISSION CLUTCH SHUDDER DURING LIGHT ACCELERATION.AFTER SITTING ABOUT ONE HOUR IN THE WAITING ROOM JEFF DOWNING SAID TO ME THAT MY TRANSMISSION WAS LEAKING FLUID, SO THEY WOULD KEEP MY CAR FOR ABOUT FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS.KEEP IN MIND THIS PROBLEM IS UNDER WARRANTY, 14M01. SO I ASKED IF THEY HAD A LOANER CAR UNTIL MY CAR WAS REPAIRED HE SAID NO AND MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER IT.WHICH IS A LIE YOUR DEALER SHIP DO HAVE LOANER CARS. SO I WAS FORCED TO DRIVE AN UNSAFE VEHICLE FORTY MILES TO ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE,YOU WILL HERE FROM ME SOON AND OTHERS IN REGARD TO WHAT YOU DID.SHAMEFUL!!! More
Super Body Shop Service I took my Lincoln Town Car in to have a look at the undercarriage...one of the front tires was rubbing against something when I made a slow sharp tur I took my Lincoln Town Car in to have a look at the undercarriage...one of the front tires was rubbing against something when I made a slow sharp turn, as into a parking spot. In a most courteous and efficient manner, Customer Service Rep. Dylan Reichard took care of the situation. Two men came out to the car where I had parked, and in five minutes it was taken care of. Everyone was so helpful. Thanks for a great team effort! More

Steve was my service advisor when I bought my 1st vehicle from Carman Ford and when I went to trade that vehicle in for a new one I told the salesman that I would only purchase it if Steve was my service advisor. So for many years (too many to count) I have dealt with Steve and he is the MAIN reason I keep coming back to Carman for service and sales. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and absolutely committed to providing the best service. He takes care of all 5 of my family's Ford vehicles. I have recommended many people to Carman because of my dealings with Steve. There should be more people in this world like Steve Hudson. The salesman was not at the dealership the day we picked up our car. We took our car in for problems with the door not opening when we had our transmitters in our hands and the panic alarm would go off at odd times. It should have been fixed with a recall before we bought the car. Had a tire that we keep having to put air in, they come back and tell us we have to pay to get the tire replaced. OK,one of the good things about buying a Lincoln was when you go in for repairs you get a loaner car , yes you do but had to ask for it, the car was very dirty,I was given the keys and was not told at all how to start it, not being familiar with this car I caught a service man outside and he showed me how to start the car. We love our car , putting the problems aside, just not the service we were promised after the sale. More

While traveling from Northern Westchester County, NY to Hanover, MD on a business trip - I ran into a problem. My tire pressure light came on while I was on 95, although I felt now change in the car's per Hanover, MD on a business trip - I ran into a problem. My tire pressure light came on while I was on 95, although I felt now change in the car's performance. I pulled over as soon as possible and I couldn't even tell what tire it was - I needed gas so, I figured I would get off at the next stop and add air and keep on going. When I stopped for gas - the front drivers side tire was LOW!! I filled in with air and the tank with gas and did a google search for the closest Lincoln dealership I could find. BOY! Did I get lucky! I drove to Carman and was fortunate that Steve Hudson was the Service Manager on duty. I told him my situation and he was so quick to action for me! When I told him of my customer appointment I needed to make in Hanover, MD - Steve understood the urgency for me and he got down to business. The gentleman he got to check the tire was very helpful as well (I don't know his name though!). Steve gave me the bad news - the tire could not be patched. The good news was that Carman had a tire for me and got me all ready to go. My stop over lasted about 45 minutes and I was thrilled to get taken care of with such urgency especially since I am not a regular customer or from the area! I travel this route often and I have Carman in my GPS now! I will tell everyone I know how wonderful my experience was. The service area was clean and everyone was kind and helpful.
