Terrible Customer Service I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Each transaction was a good experience. Took my most recent purchase in for an oil change, brake pads an I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Each transaction was a good experience. Took my most recent purchase in for an oil change, brake pads and rotors. Got a phone call regarding the estimate and was denied use of the coupon on their website for brakes because I was not just getting brakes. I was told by Megan and Paul that they could not honor the coupon because I needed rotors and the coupon was good for brake pads only. I was going to purchase rotors but wanted to use the coupon towards the cost of the brakes in which I would also be purchasing. Ok, please take my car out of the bay because I will come retrieve my car. Please note, I had an appointment, dropped my car off the night before and didn't get a call until 1:30 pm. Even after I called at 10 am to check the status of service. When I got to the service department I am told, sorry we did the oil change and you need to pay for it. Long story short, I had a $450 quote from Carmen's Service Department. Retrieved my car, went to Firestone got brakes and rotors for $100 less with lifetime brakes and car was ready in 2 hours. I will not be returning to Carmen for ANYTHING! !! More

They have a waiting area with coffee, tea, water, and fresh donuts. (that's a plus) the people are above average with service. VERY BAD SERVICE I WENT IN TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ON ARRIVING TO MY HOME I DISCOVERED A HUGE OIL LEAK, CARMAN FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FORGOT TO RESEA I WENT IN TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ON ARRIVING TO MY HOME I DISCOVERED A HUGE OIL LEAK, CARMAN FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FORGOT TO RESEAL THE OIL CAP SO ALL THE OIL WAS THROWN ALL OVER THE ENGINE, IT WENT DOWN HILL FROM THEN. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE OIL, BUT THIS PROBLEM THEN WENT TO HAVING TO CHANGE A CONDENSER, AND RECENTLY TOLD THE COMPRESSOR HAD TO BE CHANGED. NOW BETWEEN THE TIME I'VE TAKEN MY CAR IN TO DO A 30 DOLLAR OIL CHANGE, WHICH THEY MESSED UP, NOW I HAVE TO SPEND A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO CHANGE PROBLEMS WITH MY ENGINE. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS PRIOR TO THIS NOT SURE WHY THERE IS NOW. AND IF THE PROBLEM WAS THERE WHY WASNT I TOLD WHEN I CAME IN TO BRING MY CAR THE FIRST TIME? VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CAR5MAN FORD SERVICE. IT SEEMS LIKE IF THEY MESS UP ON SOMETHING THEY CHOSE TO WAIT TILL I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK TO TELL ME ITS MY FAULT RATHER THAN TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. More

The service dept. performed the repairs and I had my vehicle by the end of the business day. Had a short wait and spent it in the customer lounge. Very comfortable, free WIFI and delicious coffee. I was totally pleased with the service representative, the vehicle, I guess my total experience with Carman Lincoln of Delaware. More

One Man in my opinion Steve Hudson is wonderful in the service dept.
