Be careful which service person you deal with. I purchased a vehicle and within 1 week had to return it for issues, long story short the service rep who's name is Tom proceeded to argue with me and I purchased a vehicle and within 1 week had to return it for issues, long story short the service rep who's name is Tom proceeded to argue with me and told me how many miles i drove the vehicle and they would not fix it. I told him twice i don't want to argue and i will just call the sales department and let them deal with it. He said why? they will only call me back. They fixed the problem but Tommy only wanted to argue. More

Very rude service department!! I called and made a appointment with a lady named Angel and when I went to take my truck to be serviced, they said Angel did not work there. Steve Hudson the manager of the service department was rude, to me and I saw him act rude to his own employees in the past I actually went up and spoke to Mrs Angel in the main building. This would have been the 3rd time for me bring my truck to be fixed, they gave me my 100 back and told me to leave. More
Poor service This company made me feel like all they wanted was my money regardless of how they had to get it. I went in for a new battery and came out with car issues. I purchase a battery on 4/11/19 due to my battery light being on. I expressed to them that there was no issues whatsoever, and the only reason why i was in their place of business is to get a new battery. I had mention that I talked to Frank and I was told that I did not need an appointment. However, i was not told that I would have to wait 3 hours for my battery to be replaced. During my purchase, Frank approach me twice about different services for the car which i declined. He had mention that my battery light had went off but then it came right back on, which left me confused he had said that they could do a diagnostic but it would cost me $140. I understand their job is to promote more services but now its just getting ridiculous he told me that it wasn’t necessary and that the car was fine to drive regardless of the light being on. I thanked him for his service and went about my way. I was never informed about my warranty or anything of the sort about the new battery. In 3 days time, I started to experience issues with my car not starting, the battery wasnt on. Thankfully it started again but then 2 days later I experience it again. The final straw was 4/20/19 when my car wouldnt start at all and there was a clicking noise. I got a jump from triple A after my jump he ran a diagnostic test on his system and it came up that the battery needed to be replaced. I was astonished seeing as though I just spent $129 for a new battery a week ago. My mother talked to tiara and she stated false information telling her she informed me about some issues which she never did. Not too mention that, once i got in touch with frank their was no empathy for this he tried to explain that it could be another issue but i will need a diagnostic test that would cost $140. After i had mention that i been in contact with another ford dealer and said that from their expertise it sounded like a battery default only then did he mention that it could be and now they can run a free test on my battery to see if thats the problem. Why did i have to mention another dealer to get the rightful service? Frank then mention that he had dealt with my mom & personally told her all of this which was a lie and we had confronted him on this which he then apologies saying he must've gotten her confused with someone else. No you just got caught being deceptive trying to cover your butt. I would never recommend anybody to their service team. I feel like they try to take advantage. More
Not happy with service dept I sent my girlfriend to Carman for an oil change, alignment and 2 tires. She was there for 7 hrs. After all that being done they had the GULL TO CHAR I sent my girlfriend to Carman for an oil change, alignment and 2 tires. She was there for 7 hrs. After all that being done they had the GULL TO CHARGE A WOMAN $37.00 TO REPLACE A BULB THAT TOOK LESS THAN 3 MINUTES ! THAT IS CORRECT, LESS THAN 3 MINUTES. What happened to thank you for your business. After waiting 9 days for the reason behind the $37.00 charge i went to one of the sons Joe since the service mgr or Larry would not return my calls. Within an hour i got a not so happy call from the service mgr telling me he did not think his dept took advantage of a WOMAN BUT CHARGING $37.OO to change a bulb that took less than 3 minutes. Good move Carman you lost two customers. . More
Guy Likes to Lie I have been dealing with this dealership since the early 80s when they were Castle Ford when they were over on New Castle Avenue. I actually bought I have been dealing with this dealership since the early 80s when they were Castle Ford when they were over on New Castle Avenue. I actually bought my first two vehicles from them. I never had a problem and was always happy with their service. We brought my wife’s 2016 MKZ in there on July 9 because the trim around the back window and the panoramic roof was peeling. They took pictures and said they were going to submit it for warrantee and get back to us. A few weeks went by and we hadn’t heard from them. I finally called to see what was going on on August 23. I was told that the service manager Guy would call me back . On August 27th, Guy called me and apologized about the delay and said that he was going to call me back that day to set up something for that week to have it fixed. I never heard back from him and also called and left messages for him to call me. Finally on September 10 my wife and I went to the dealership the hunt Guy down since he wasn’t returning my calls. We did speak to him and he apologized and said he was still waiting for Lincoln to give the OK. He also told us that service was going to be installing them and not the body shop. He told us when we left he was going to let the service manager Steve know. I called service yesterday which was the 25th of September. I spoke to Steve and explain the situation. He apologized and told me that this is the first time he’s hearing about this. He was sorry that I had to bring the car in so he could look at it. I went there today and he looked at the car and we set up appointment to have it fixed. Wish I dealt with Steve from the beginning. Always have had good luck with this dealership but I would highly recommend not having any dealings with Guy. When giving this rating unfortunately I didn’t have the option to give zero stars because that’s when I would give Guy. More
A word of caution I took my sister's car to this dealer to have the engine light Check, the job was supposed to be done in one day. It took 7 days. I had to call twice to check on the status of the vehicle. After checking to make sure they have the car, I got a phone call to let me know the car was ready. $599 later, I get in the car and proceeded to leave when I noticed the front windshield was broken. I drove back and when I inform the counter rep, he informed me that they noticed that and that it mist have been a rock that hit it and that they are not responsible. I was more concern with the next answer, he stated "we are not responsible with any damage done to you vehicle if left in their lot and that I had insurance. They said they noticed the broken glass and did not even made me aware. I spoke with the store manager without result, the asnswer I got from him was I am new here and are short staff. Is that my problem? If they cannot do the work they don't need to be in business. I place a formal complaint with corporate and I am waiting for their answer. In the meantime we have to pay $359 to get a new windshield so she can inspect the vehicle. I hope my experience creates awareness. Maria Villot More
Disappointing After taking my car to this dealership 3 times, to get my air conditioner fixed and paying over $300.00 the problem was never fixed. I went to Valvoline Oil and they said there was no, Freon in my car and that the level was so low, if I had waited longer the compressor would have cracked. There were no leaks or cracks, just neglect. Also after years of having my oil changed at the dealership, Valvoline said I had no cabin filter and the air filter looked as though it had never been changed. In all fairness, I waited to see if my air conditioner would go on the blink again and it hasn't That was May, this is July and my air has been working great ever since I took it to Valvoline. I will never trust Carmen Lincoln with my car again. By the way, the 4 1/2 hours I waited (Valvoline only took 45 minutes) I heard a lot of bad things from other customers in the waiting room about having to bring back there cars 3 and 4 times to get things fixed. I had always trusted this dealership prior to this bad experience, but I now know not to trust them anymore. I love l my Ford, but I am very disappointed in the way my car was cared for by this place. More
