The experienced is never a good one when sonething serious like a cylinder misfire happened to your brand new 2020 Lincoln Navigator. But in the end I can say that the good people at Carman, from my salesman John McDonald to Dave the service manager to Jamie Ledford the Customer Relations Manager made me whole and happy with their professional due diligence. Excellent Customer Service! I visit this dealer because it is the closest Ford Lincoln dealer to my work place. To make long story short I should tell that my car had issue even I visit this dealer because it is the closest Ford Lincoln dealer to my work place. To make long story short I should tell that my car had issue even after the full service done. I believe human error and mistake can be happened anywhere, anytime but what will make a business successful is to take action to correct the mistake and more important satisfy customer. This dealer did this excellent job after just one email and one phone call and they solve my car issue right away. And more important I have got handwriting thank you letter and two tickets of Philadelphia Auto Show. I tried Lincoln Navigator in Philly Auto Show and I will buy my next car from this dealer. More

What a service department Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Carman Ford Lincoln and I had to take it in for some service and I must say what a delightful experience. The Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Carman Ford Lincoln and I had to take it in for some service and I must say what a delightful experience. They have a drive in service department (first one I ever seen) which caught me by surprise and was not sure what to do. But once inside the service personnel could not have been more helpful and I was immediately directed the the next available service writer who was as pleasant as they come. The service that was to performed was completed in a timely fashion and done in a very professional manner. The service technicians are among the best in the industry. I was completely satisfied with the work performed and my vehicle was returned in a clean condition. You would never know that it had been in for service. I would strongly recommend Carman Ford Lincoln for any service work on your Ford product. Last comment - "OUTSTANDING SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND PERSONNEL" More
