I had excellent service at this auto body shop. My husbands vehicle had some body damage and needed to be fixed so we choose this shop. The time I was given that my car would be done was exactly what they said it would be. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful . There was no problem at all. For the friendliest, most knowledgeable Service Writers and most well trained and expert service technicians, I can’t recommend Carmen Ford highly enough! The Service Manager, John Henry, hires only the m and most well trained and expert service technicians, I can’t recommend Carmen Ford highly enough! The Service Manager, John Henry, hires only the most talented Service Writers and Technicians; he does not "suffer fools gladly" and cleans out any dead wood. The Service Writer I use is Ron Culley. He has the most loyal following although the other Writers are excellent as well. Ron always keeps me informed as to what service my cars and trucks require and updates me during service in case anything else needs replaced or repaired. His quotes are usually the same asthe final bill, he is that good. I always do as he advises and I've had several vehicles run well past the 200,000-mile mark. I have a 20+ year relationship with Carmen Ford (sales and service-we have bought seven vehicles from them) and would not think of gong anywhere else. "Carmen Ford, driven by the best" is there motto. I would add that they are serviced by the best! More
I have always found the staff at the Carmean delalerships to be the most attentive and knowlegable of any I have dealt with over the years. I have used the body shop twice in the last 14 months for two different vehicles and been extremely pleased with their work and service both times. I took my 2008 Ford Escape in for body work after being rear ended. My vehicle was completed when promised and the work was excellent! From the Customer Service Associate on the front end to the "walk arou rear ended. My vehicle was completed when promised and the work was excellent! Carman's Service Dept. takes great care of me and my vehicle every single time I need them. I purchased my Navigator in 2004 and have had it serviced with Carman every 5,000 miles ever since then. Whenever I have a problem, I call my service representative, Steve Hudson, and he takes care of me right away. Steve knows my name and takes my call every time - I am never put off. He goes to great lengths to explain things to me and work around my schedule to get my vehicle back on the road. In the rare cases when Steve was not available, Tom has been the one I can rely on for excellent care. He also goes out of his way to keep me informed and make sure that I am well cared for. The receptionist is always pleasant and helpful, no matter how many times I call during the day to check on the status of my vehicle or when the shuttle will be available. Bob has driven the shuttle all these years and is almost like a family friend. The shuttle service is indispensible in getting me to and from work even though my vehicle is in the shop. This relationship is very important to me. I look at Steve and Tom and Bob like friends who help me anytime I'm in trouble. The facilities in the Service Department are very clean and comfortable with all the ammenities, so you don't mind spending time there if you decide to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. If I purchase a new vehicle, I wouldn't want to leave my Service Team, so I'd go back to Carman to buy the vehicle - it's that important to me. More
Steve did an excellent job of taking care of the problem. He gave us a loaner car that was on hand to use while the car was being serviced. We have also dealt with Ron and Tom in the Service Dept and have always been treated very well! This is the 4th or 5th car we have bought from Carman Auto Group and have always been very satisfied! Glenn Brood and Bob Carty in Sales are also excellent to work with. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Ford or Lincoln. More
