I have had service done 3 times, which needed parts ordered for my car. Each time they called and had me come in to bring the car between 8-5 so i would have to arrange around my work schedule only to ordered for my car. Each time they called and had me come in to bring the car between 8-5 so i would have to arrange around my work schedule only to be called later in the day saying the part they received was broke or not the right one. So it would be a waste of my time to drop off the car. I wish they would take the time once they receive a shipment of parts for the car to have some sort of quality control to look at the parts before calling the customer to drop off their car. It would make the customers alot happier knowing the first time they are dropping off their car that the parts are correct and the car will be fixed instead of all this dropping off, picking up, dropping off. The quality of the workmanship is excellent but they could have better customer relations if they checked the parts before calling the customers to bring in their cars. The prices are fair, the workmanship is good, but overall because of the numerous times I had to drop off, pick up, drop off, pick up is why i gave a bad rating to my overall experience. If I didnt buy the car from this dealership and have the warranty, I would take it to another dealership to work on it. This is the only dealership that I have had the problem of dropping off, picking up because the parts were not correct or broken, once the shop has received them. More
Thanks to the fantastic staff in the body shop, our experience was a pleasant one. We were greeted by Pat when we showed up. She was friendly and courteous and quickly got our process rolling. Bob Turn experience was a pleasant one. We were greeted by Pat when we showed up. She was friendly and courteous and quickly got our process rolling. Bob Turner then took over from there. He was amazing. He promptly assessed our repairs and worked us up with, what I considered to be, a fair quote. They provided us with transportation back home to make this as painless as possible. When calling in to set up a return time for the shuttle to pick us up, I dealt with Ginger. She too was very pleasant and helpful. When I returned to pick up the car, I was amazed at how nicely done the work was. Again we spoke with Pat and Bob and their cheerfulness and great attitudes were very comforting. Our overall experience here was better than I could have imagined. My hat's off to the entire staff at the Carman Body shop. More

I was extremely pleased with the service. Carman Ford was recommended by my insurance company due to my vehicle being involved in a car accident and the service was outstanding. From the first time I entered recommended by my insurance company due to my vehicle being involved in a car accident and the service was outstanding. From the first time I entered Pat put me at ease, and the environment was welcoming. John was the greatest. While inspecting my car, he found damages that I had not seen i.e dents and scratches. In addition, he offered assistance in handling prior damages. I needed the passenger mirror replaced. After receiving an estimate from a Nissan dealer of almost $800.00, I was reluctant to have the item replaced but John gave me a quote of $205.00; best price around. He explained in detail all of the work involved and how it was to be performed. All of the work took less than one week. During that time, he kept me abreast of the entire process. I believe he was instrumental in having my $500.00 deductible waived. I was beaming when I saw my car, the technicians did a wonderful job. It was a pleasurable experience and thank you for the professionalism. I will definitely recommend Carman Ford to everyone I know. More

Person ran into back of car while I was stopped at red light. Took to Carman for estimate since they do excellent maintenance on my car. At Carmen Ford Lincoln I've had my Windstar serviced there for 11years now and have recieved great service. But this last time my Windstar was on a recall and when i brought it in i was told they didn't there for 11years now and have recieved great service. But this last time my Windstar was on a recall and when i brought it in i was told they didn't know at that time how long they would have it for, it could be many months. So Ron Cully the service advisor which was the one i dealt with for the 11 years i brought my vehicle in to heard about my problem i'm going to have without my van which was i needed for my wife who is disabled and it made it easier to have my van then the car i had to help both of us get around and also i had family members coming to visit and i needed a multi passenger vehicle to pick them up and there luggage not to mention when ever we went some where we all could travel in the van. So Ron Culley took it upon himself to dig deeper into helping me get my van back soon as possible which he did, He to me and my wife went that extra step to assist us in our troubled time Which we can't thank him enough for helping us out.
