I took my 2010 Toyota Camry to the body shop for the bumper to be replaced. I believe it was in the morning when i dropped it off. The service was excellent and Harry Hitchens handled everything in a very professional manner. He was very friendly also. The lady at the front desk was friendly and even the employees that were just passing by the area where i was sitting spoke. They were all very pleasant. I will be sure to let my family and friends know about my experience. When i'm ready to buy another car i probably will come to Carman Ford. I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car. I have a 2012 Ford F150 with less than 20,000 miles that would not start towed into their service department early on Thursday. I called to give them the issues that I had with my truck and I was assigned a would not start towed into their service department early on Thursday. I made it very clear to the SA that I would like to be called with an update on my vehicle as soon as possible he said, "no problem, we will get to it right away." Four hours later I started calling them to get an update. After being on hold for 5-10 minutes my SA tells me that they do not know anything yet. Two more hours goes by and still nothing, once again I call and am put on "death hold" and finally the SA gets on the line and tells me that they need the second key for the vehicle. By now it is too late for me to run home and get the extra key for them. I dropped the key off to them around 8 on Friday morning and the person behind the desk said they would call me shortly. Three hours pass and nothing, so once again I call and get put on "death hold" and finally my SA gets on the line and says that they still ahve not figured out the issue but he would call me with an update. Four hours goes by and still nothing so I borrow a friends car and go down to Carman to find out what is going on. Finally I get an answer, the PCM failed in the truck....good news!! They finally figured it out after more than 8 hours of troubleshooting. Bad news....."we probably won't have the part until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week." I told them once again that this was my one and only means of transportation for work and they basically told me "sorry about your luck." The service staff has no sense of urgency on getting repairs done and they could care less whether or not they are putting you in a bad way due to their lack of concern for your situation. It's easy for them they just blame Ford and say, "we can't get the part from Ford, I don't know what to tell you." More

Called into Carman Lincoln around 5:00 p.m. to see if there was an opening that night for a routine oil change on my Lincoln Town Car that I had just purchased from a private party. I was given an appointment for that same night and arrived a few minutes early. My assigned service advisor Ron Culley was very friendly and also took the time to explain the service that my Town Car was going to have and was very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and it's people like Ron that will keep me coming back to this dealership for additional future service on my Town Car. More
Had an emergency: Brake Lights would not turn off causing battery failure. My regular service manager Steve Hudson was off. Ron was assigned to my case. Ron suggested I go home on the courtesy van and as soon as it arrives they will determine if they can fix it before closing. Late afternoon Ron callled and said it was in and he dispatched the van, and they installed it while they were picking me up. Ron treated me like I was a long-time regular of his. Great group. More
