I'm a small business owner with 5 Ford vihicles, of course they are very important to the everyday running of my company. When I have to take a vihicle into the service department they are always quick course they are very important to the everyday running of my company. When I have to take a vihicle into the service department they are always quick to take care of the problem. They always offer me transportation to and from my location of work that day. I always get a update on the progress of the repairs so that I'm better able to plan my up coming schedule. When it comes time to pick up my vihicle the Carmen team always explains the reapairs and gives me a heads up if there may be some other services that are coming soon.
