I came into the dealership on Saturday November 2nd, just browsing. When I pulled up Greg Grimaldi pleasantly met and greeted me. Mike Sipala and Greg worked diligently to make this happen for me. This has been the most pleasurable experience I have ever had when car shopping. I knew the price I was paying and all of the details about the transaction was clearly explained. I had bought my prior car at another dealer and when I left I wasn't sure of the final price or the financial details. Bob Carty also went over everything and answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied with my purchase but even more satisfied with the service from this team. I will be coming here for all of my future purchases. This was very important to me as a woman because most dealers see a female coming and try to take advantage of our "lack of knowledge" about cars. Not so in this case. Kudos to these gentlemen. This dealership lives by the 10 foot rule. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The General Manager even came to talk with me. I was able to drive the vehicle home at night to show my family. Tom Guido, my sales rep was an absolute gentleman and very patient in allowing me to take my time intending on purchasing a vehicle in the same day. It only took two different negotiations to agree upon a trade-in price and the price of the new vehicle. I left the same day with a new 2013 Ford Edge.
