Awesome! I've been to many car dealerships, and this is by far the BEST dealership I've ever dealt with. I had originally gone here to look at cars and dealt with Scott (on the Lincoln side) however the exact car I wanted was at a different dealer, and I went to that dealer a few days later. Needless to say I was treated horribly at that dealership and decided to go back to Carman to deal with Scott because of how well he treated me. He is awesome and is really knowledgeable about the products they have to offer and different programs that are offered too. All together, the experience was great! More

My experience at Carman Ford was over and beyond, my sales representative was Albert Seeney, and he was amazing. My husband was in the market for a truck. When we started looking we found that new trucks were completely out of our range. When he stopped at Carman and talked to Scott, Scott was very helpful and started looking we found that new trucks were completely out of our range. When he stopped at Carman and talked to Scott, Scott was very helpful and honest as far as what we would likely pay a month for a new car. That being said he (Scott) discussed options with my husband and in the end found my husband the perfect used truck. We did not have a trade in or a down payment and Adam was able to work our payment down to a figure that was comfortable for us. the overall experience was a good one. The only downside was in the amount of time it took. We arrived at the dealership around 5 pm and left around 8 pm. My husband and I would both recommend the dealership to friends and will return their when we need to purchase another vehicle. More

Mr. Anderson made my car purchase experience less stressful than I anticipated. My husband and I were in a difficult situation with our previous vehicle and felt we did not have many options. He even stayed 2 1/2 after his shift was over, to make sure we were able to get an approval on a vehicle before we left. We could go to another dealership for the same product but we could never replace the people,that is why this dealership is the best. Carman is the best dealership we have ever dealt with and Greg is the best of the best. When you leave a dealership and don't experience buyer's remorse, you know you have found a special place. A wonderful example of true commitment to a customer ; Our daughter's Fusion died and we were going to have it towed to the dealership but the service dept. was closed so we called Greg at around 9pm. We just wanted to know if there was a tow co. that that dealer preferred to work with and Greg being the great guy he is looked up our account to see if it was still under warranty and it was, so we just called the roadside # from Ford, which Greg got for us. We have never had a problem with any vehicle so totally forgot about the roadside assistance . Greg did all of this and checked to make sure all was ok, just a dead battery, THIS WAS OVER YEAR AFTER WE BOUGHT THE CAR ! That is an unheard of level of customer service. I usually don't like dealing with car salesman and I don't like the high pressure sales tactics they try to use on me and I do walk out of car dealerships if they do try this on me. Dealing with Matt was a pleasurable experience. After only a few minutes talking with him I felt as if I was dealing with an old friend. He seems to be a very hard working guy, and might I ad, a very caring father. I felt I got to know him on a more personal level. My husband and I don't make quick, rash decisions when buying a car. We first went to many dealerships to test drive multiple different model cars. Then we stopped by Carmen ford and met matt. We first told him we only wanted to test drive the car and we weren't going to make a decision that day, which to my surprise, he was fine with that and never made me feel I had to almost argue with him to get out of there. Most of the time when I walk into a dealership my stress level goes up and I feel that I have to prepare what I'm going to say to just get out. Matt was very different. If you want a relaxing and comfortable experience buying a car ,I would definitely go to Carman ford. And by the way, I bought my previous car there also and had pretty much the same experience.
