Carmen Lincoln Bought the car , we were told we would have a full tank of gas, never received it. We took our car in for problems with the door not opening when we had our transmitters in our hands and the panic alarm would go off at odd times. It should have been fixed with a recall before we bought the car. Had a tire that we keep having to put air in, they come back and tell us we have to pay to get the tire replaced. OK,one of the good things about buying a Lincoln was when you go in for repairs you get a loaner car , yes you do but had to ask for it, the car was very dirty,I was given the keys and was not told at all how to start it, not being familiar with this car I caught a service man outside and he showed me how to start the car. We love our car , putting the problems aside, just not the service we were promised after the sale. More
