My first 2 leases were in a NJ Ford dealership and I never felt like I was treated well. So, I decided to give a new Ford dealership a try and I found Carman Ford. My whole experience with Carman has been awesome! Starting with Dililah in internet sale, to Mike and Todd in sales! I came in to test drive my Fushion and was met by Mike, which was so professional, smart and very knowledgeable in all aspect of the sale and the vehicle! I will never go to any other Ford dealership again! I will be a Carman customer for life! Thanks again Mike! More

AFTER THOUGHT/PURCHASE My original review was excellent, but after 6 days my emission light came on. This is less than a week after purchase, I understand that no warranty and used vehicle mean they are not responsible. Thought they were a reputable dealer, they didn't offer to check the emission light for me without charging. I can go to AutoZone and find out the code for free. Why didn't Carmen offer that? Not happy now and will probably not purchase or recommend Carmen in the future. More
