Everyone there was extremely helpful and informative. The sales manager Todd and the sales associate Nick were very thorough and made the car buying process simple and enjoyable. This was by far the best car buying experience i have had. On top of having great sales associates, their service department is great! The Service manager Paul was very helpful and informative. VERY BAD SERVICE I WENT IN TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ON ARRIVING TO MY HOME I DISCOVERED A HUGE OIL LEAK, CARMAN FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FORGOT TO RESEA I WENT IN TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ON ARRIVING TO MY HOME I DISCOVERED A HUGE OIL LEAK, CARMAN FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FORGOT TO RESEAL THE OIL CAP SO ALL THE OIL WAS THROWN ALL OVER THE ENGINE, IT WENT DOWN HILL FROM THEN. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE OIL, BUT THIS PROBLEM THEN WENT TO HAVING TO CHANGE A CONDENSER, AND RECENTLY TOLD THE COMPRESSOR HAD TO BE CHANGED. NOW BETWEEN THE TIME I'VE TAKEN MY CAR IN TO DO A 30 DOLLAR OIL CHANGE, WHICH THEY MESSED UP, NOW I HAVE TO SPEND A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO CHANGE PROBLEMS WITH MY ENGINE. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS PRIOR TO THIS NOT SURE WHY THERE IS NOW. AND IF THE PROBLEM WAS THERE WHY WASNT I TOLD WHEN I CAME IN TO BRING MY CAR THE FIRST TIME? VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CAR5MAN FORD SERVICE. IT SEEMS LIKE IF THEY MESS UP ON SOMETHING THEY CHOSE TO WAIT TILL I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK TO TELL ME ITS MY FAULT RATHER THAN TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. More

what wonderful service After being told by Roxanne that the person I wanted to see in the dealership would be there waiting (she said she "had checked with him"), found tha After being told by Roxanne that the person I wanted to see in the dealership would be there waiting (she said she "had checked with him"), found that not only was he not there, but was not there at all yesterday or for the rest of the week. I was quite upset and being lied to. Boy, Did Greg and Mike really step up to the plate?! Greg helped me find an amazing car and Mike helped me get a great deal that included Gap insurance. I certainly needed that after just getting in a bad accident. They stayed late because my work schedule is tough and Greg even took my rental car over to Enterprise for me so I could drive my "new" car home. Bob was great in financing and we got to talk naval history a bit. A great experience overall. would ahve been a five star rating except for the lie at the beginning More

Service Deprtment Had to have my Lincoln Serviced yesterday (6/1/15). Also needed a loaner for the day. My service Rep. Tom Smith could not have been more helpful. The service dept. performed the repairs and I had my vehicle by the end of the business day. Had a short wait and spent it in the customer lounge. Very comfortable, free WIFI and delicious coffee. I was totally pleased with the service representative, the vehicle, I guess my total experience with Carman Lincoln of Delaware. More

Even though it was our first Carman experience, they treated us as if we had been valued customers for many years. Gary was a pleasure to deal with, and not only did he provide a much needed orientation session on the workings of our Lincoln MKC, he made sure we knew he would be available for future questions and even set up a 2nd appointment to go over any technical items on the car, should it be necessary. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. Frank also took much time with us, and was very understanding when we had a last minute change to the 'agreement'. He worked with us on the change until both parties were satisfied. Bob made the financial part of the sale very easy for us, explaining all the details which gave us a comfortable feel in an area that can sometimes be very disconcerting to buyers. We thank them all for their caring and concern for us as consumers! More

I test drove a used 2013 MKZ and loved the vehicle, however, the leases on the vehicle I had was not up. I informed the salesman that I would be back once my lease was up in August. The manager then asked if I would be interested in a new for the monthly price I was looking for. At no time were they pushy nor did I feel forced. They came up with a great deal that i could not pass on. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. More
