On Memorial Day me and my parents came in to just visit your inventory lot. Doug greeted us immediately and informed us he was helping 2 other customers but would send someone else out to assist us immediately. Needless to say she purchased a car. On 7/6/2015 I returned to view the lot again, and there was Doug again with such a warm smile waiting to assist with my questions and concerns. I really would like to thank Doug for being so patient with me during my purchase of a MKS. And also for dealing and being patient with my straightforward, sharp-tongue mother. Wow.... poor Doug. It was awesom and painless I was looking to replace an SUV that I owned had visited other dealers, but they were not pleasant. When my fiancée and I arrived on the lot, Gary wa I was looking to replace an SUV that I owned had visited other dealers, but they were not pleasant. When my fiancée and I arrived on the lot, Gary was there in seconds. He noticed that a Ford Mustang had caught our eye. He knew the information and was able to tell all about the car. We didn't buy that one, but purchased another Ford Mustang. All the staff at Carman Ford Lincoln, were very nice to us. They helped me with the financing and we left that day with smiles. Everyone there was extremely helpful and informative. The sales manager Todd and the sales associate Nick were very thorough and made the car buying process simple and enjoyable. This was by far the best car buying experience i have had. On top of having great sales associates, their service department is great! The Service manager Paul was very helpful and informative. VERY BAD SERVICE I WENT IN TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ON ARRIVING TO MY HOME I DISCOVERED A HUGE OIL LEAK, CARMAN FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FORGOT TO RESEA I WENT IN TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE. ON ARRIVING TO MY HOME I DISCOVERED A HUGE OIL LEAK, CARMAN FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT FORGOT TO RESEAL THE OIL CAP SO ALL THE OIL WAS THROWN ALL OVER THE ENGINE, IT WENT DOWN HILL FROM THEN. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE OIL, BUT THIS PROBLEM THEN WENT TO HAVING TO CHANGE A CONDENSER, AND RECENTLY TOLD THE COMPRESSOR HAD TO BE CHANGED. NOW BETWEEN THE TIME I'VE TAKEN MY CAR IN TO DO A 30 DOLLAR OIL CHANGE, WHICH THEY MESSED UP, NOW I HAVE TO SPEND A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO CHANGE PROBLEMS WITH MY ENGINE. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS PRIOR TO THIS NOT SURE WHY THERE IS NOW. AND IF THE PROBLEM WAS THERE WHY WASNT I TOLD WHEN I CAME IN TO BRING MY CAR THE FIRST TIME? VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CAR5MAN FORD SERVICE. IT SEEMS LIKE IF THEY MESS UP ON SOMETHING THEY CHOSE TO WAIT TILL I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK TO TELL ME ITS MY FAULT RATHER THAN TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. More

I was quite upset and being lied to. Boy, Did Greg and Mike really step up to the plate?! Greg helped me find an amazing car and Mike helped me get a great deal that included Gap insurance. I certainly needed that after just getting in a bad accident. They stayed late because my work schedule is tough and Greg even took my rental car over to Enterprise for me so I could drive my "new" car home.
