I was quite upset and being lied to. Boy, Did Greg and Mike really step up to the plate?! Greg helped me find an amazing car and Mike helped me get a great deal that included Gap insurance. I certainly needed that after just getting in a bad accident. They stayed late because my work schedule is tough and Greg even took my rental car over to Enterprise for me so I could drive my "new" car home. The service dept. performed the repairs and I had my vehicle by the end of the business day. Had a short wait and spent it in the customer lounge. Very comfortable, free WIFI and delicious coffee. Gary was a pleasure to deal with, and not only did he provide a much needed orientation session on the workings of our Lincoln MKC, he made sure we knew he would be available for future questions and even set up a 2nd appointment to go over any technical items on the car, should it be necessary. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. Frank also took much time with us, and was very understanding when we had a last minute change to the 'agreement'. He worked with us on the change until both parties were satisfied. Bob made the financial part of the sale very easy for us, explaining all the details which gave us a comfortable feel in an area that can sometimes be very disconcerting to buyers. We thank them all for their caring and concern for us as consumers! More

I test drove a used 2013 MKZ and loved the vehicle, however, the leases on the vehicle I had was not up. I informed the salesman that I would be back once my lease was up in August. The manager then asked if I would be interested in a new for the monthly price I was looking for. At no time were they pushy nor did I feel forced. They came up with a great deal that i could not pass on. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. More

Best Car Buying Experience My husband and I went to Carmen Lincoln to look at an MKZ. Upon our arrival, Doug Walton greeted us asked us if we had any questions to let him know. It was a great feeling to be able to look at a vehicle and not feel pressured in anyway. He answered all of our questions, so we took a test drive and decided to let them have the opportunity to do the deal if they could give us the deal we were looking for. We told them we did not want to haggle that they had one chance as we had two other places we were going to visit if they could not, as we were in the market to purchase that day. A few minutes later, the deal was done and we were very happy. I can't say enough about the entire team, they all made the experience a great one. I can truly say that I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and this has been the best experience I have had. More
