Terrible Customer Service I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Each transaction was a good experience. Took my most recent purchase in for an oil change, brake pads an I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Each transaction was a good experience. Took my most recent purchase in for an oil change, brake pads and rotors. Got a phone call regarding the estimate and was denied use of the coupon on their website for brakes because I was not just getting brakes. I was told by Megan and Paul that they could not honor the coupon because I needed rotors and the coupon was good for brake pads only. I was going to purchase rotors but wanted to use the coupon towards the cost of the brakes in which I would also be purchasing. Ok, please take my car out of the bay because I will come retrieve my car. Please note, I had an appointment, dropped my car off the night before and didn't get a call until 1:30 pm. Even after I called at 10 am to check the status of service. When I got to the service department I am told, sorry we did the oil change and you need to pay for it. Long story short, I had a $450 quote from Carmen's Service Department. Retrieved my car, went to Firestone got brakes and rotors for $100 less with lifetime brakes and car was ready in 2 hours. I will not be returning to Carmen for ANYTHING! !! More

PAINLESS EXPERIENCE I was looking for a inexpensive low mileage used car to commute to and from work. I saw this 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser sitting in front of the dealersh I was looking for a inexpensive low mileage used car to commute to and from work. I saw this 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser sitting in front of the dealership on Saturday. I stopped in and found that it had only 20581 miles on it. I test drove it with JJ my salesman and when done said lets do a deal. Everyone I spoke with at Carman was very nice and treated me with respect. JJ was a great salesman and we got the deal done pretty fast. This is the third car I bought from Carman. More

The Finance Manager will try to rush you through it so you don,t ask questions.They charged me $190 in admin fees to do a registration that was only good for 1 month. They also told me my car was equipped with SYNC when it is not. They operate trying to use high pressure sales tactics. Don't put yourself through this headache. More

However, a friend of mine told me to go there and ask for Jordan but i was unable to make it at that time. I went the next morning but Jordan wasn't there so he got me connected with Mike Edmunds. Long story short, after about 6 hours negotiating with the bank and test driving a couple of cars, i drove off in a 2012 Ford Fusion and got a GREAT warranty added on! I can't thank God, Todd and Bob enough for all that they had done for me because i know it was a hassle trying to get me into a car. Special thanks to Mike as well for being so patient and kind throughout the day. I can see why Mt grandparents still deal with Carman Ford after 30+ years! More

Enter Joe Giacchino, who is probably the smoothest new salesman we ever encountered. Joey G listened and was never pushy. Just when we were about to walk away, he suggested we take a test ride and support a cause so we did and now we are proud owner's of a vegan beastly mustang! After visiting several car dealerships in the Philadelphia region, I decided to drive a little extra to get to Carman because they had two cars in stock I was hoping to test drive. I was immediately greeted by an outstanding sales consultant named Joe Giachinno. Unlike many other salesmen I had dealt with so far Joe was actually concerned about finding me a car I wanted rather than just moving a car off the lot. I was able to really test drive the cars and get a feel for them, as compared with some dealerships that just let you take a short loop around the block. He took the time to answer all of my questions and if there was an odd ball question he didn't know, he directed me to someone who did rather than just making an answer up. As a result of Joe's, Greg's (who helped me finalize the deal the next day) and David's hard work I was able to get a great car that I wanted, not a car I was talked into. I highly recommend Carman Ford and look forward to future car buying experiences with them. More
