YES, a handwritten note! He thanked my husband for taking the time to take a test drive with him, and contact him if we needed further information. How many people would take the time to hand write something in today's world! I don't know of anyone but Chris! Right away I knew I wanted to do business with him. We called Chris, setup an appointment, told him what we were interested in purchasing, ordered our truck that day. Chris was in contact with us throughout the whole process. We were delighted when we got a call from Chris letting us know that our truck arrived earlier than expected. He is the most honest sales person I have ever met! He made sure that all our needs and questions were addressed immediately. Chris is a real asset to your dealership! Terrible Customer Service I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Each transaction was a good experience. Took my most recent purchase in for an oil change, brake pads an I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Each transaction was a good experience. Took my most recent purchase in for an oil change, brake pads and rotors. Got a phone call regarding the estimate and was denied use of the coupon on their website for brakes because I was not just getting brakes. I was told by Megan and Paul that they could not honor the coupon because I needed rotors and the coupon was good for brake pads only. I was going to purchase rotors but wanted to use the coupon towards the cost of the brakes in which I would also be purchasing. Ok, please take my car out of the bay because I will come retrieve my car. Please note, I had an appointment, dropped my car off the night before and didn't get a call until 1:30 pm. Even after I called at 10 am to check the status of service. When I got to the service department I am told, sorry we did the oil change and you need to pay for it. Long story short, I had a $450 quote from Carmen's Service Department. Retrieved my car, went to Firestone got brakes and rotors for $100 less with lifetime brakes and car was ready in 2 hours. I will not be returning to Carmen for ANYTHING! !! More
