pissed off for being lied to Was lie to three times during my two day ordeal. I was told when I made my so-called appointment that it would take 6 to 7 hrs for the work to be done Was lie to three times during my two day ordeal. I was told when I made my so-called appointment that it would take 6 to 7 hrs for the work to be done. Called on day one at 2:30pm and found out my call would not be done until tomorrow. they were still working and had about 4 hours let to go on it and was informed the so-called appointment was just a drop off time( i had dropped off the car the day before.. Stopped in at he end of day two at 4:45pm and car was still been work on. Check the recalls and FSA's and found out labor time was 1 hour, 2 hours and 3.1 hours. why so long and why all the dishonesty? More

Going in to a car dealership and having to work with a salesman was something I was NOT looking forward to when my wife and I started looking for our Going in to a car dealership and having to work with a salesman was something I was NOT looking forward to when my wife and I started looking for our new car. It was a very nice surprise to have Chris Brousseau as our sales representative. Leading up to our purchase I did hours of internet research to arm myself against what I predicted would be a negotiation battle with a car salesman wearing a plaid suit trying to beat me over the head with prices and low trade ins. Lucky for us this was not the case. Everything was straight forward and reflected the internet price I had before I went in. We were given a fair price on our trade in. And the APR we were looking for. During the long process involved for getting all of the paperwork in order Chris did an excellent job at helping the time pass. At no point did I feel like anyone was trying to get one over on us. We left in an awesome dream car with a smile on our face. He asked if we were seeing anyone particular, and we said no and he was more than happy We drove up and we were pleasantly greeted by John Brooking. We told him we were interested in a Focus and he showed all the 2015 Focus's on the lot. We talked about financing and he made it very easy on us to decide that we were walking out of there that day with a car. John was very pleasant and knowledgeable thought the process. He offered us beverages while we waited. We honestly did not wait that long at all for the financing to go thru and before you knew it, I was driving home my 2015 Ford Focus. It was a very pleasurable experience and we are also thinking in the future to go back and look at the Lincolns and asking for John to help. Thanks for making my car buying experience very easy. Used Edge I new what I wanted and they had it, I left with the car I wanted with a higher payment than I expected but that goes with buying a car I guess.
