Awesome car buying experience. Going in to a car dealership and having to work with a salesman was something I was NOT looking forward to when my wife and I started looking for our Going in to a car dealership and having to work with a salesman was something I was NOT looking forward to when my wife and I started looking for our new car. It was a very nice surprise to have Chris Brousseau as our sales representative. Leading up to our purchase I did hours of internet research to arm myself against what I predicted would be a negotiation battle with a car salesman wearing a plaid suit trying to beat me over the head with prices and low trade ins. Lucky for us this was not the case. Everything was straight forward and reflected the internet price I had before I went in. We were given a fair price on our trade in. And the APR we were looking for. During the long process involved for getting all of the paperwork in order Chris did an excellent job at helping the time pass. At no point did I feel like anyone was trying to get one over on us. We left in an awesome dream car with a smile on our face. We told him we were interested in a Focus and he showed all the 2015 Focus's on the lot. We talked about financing and he made it very easy on us to decide that we were walking out of there that day with a car. John was very pleasant and knowledgeable thought the process. He offered us beverages while we waited. We honestly did not wait that long at all for the financing to go thru and before you knew it, I was driving home my 2015 Ford Focus. It was a very pleasurable experience and we are also thinking in the future to go back and look at the Lincolns and asking for John to help. Thanks for making my car buying experience very easy. Used Edge I new what I wanted and they had it, I left with the car I wanted with a higher payment than I expected but that goes with buying a car I guess. Sure, it's their job to sell you a car and they'll certainly try to get that done. But at every point along the way, I felt valued and respected. Excellent experience--Salesperson goes above and beyond I have a 2013 Ford Explorer, which I love driving. Doug Walton, our original salesperson, quarterbacked the appointments with the Service & Body Depts. He picked up my Explorer from my home on a Monday morning & left me with a Lincoln loaner. He coordinated the oil change, and the warranty work with the Service Department and had the Body Shop buff out front fender scrape, for free. I paid for the oil change via cc over the phone. Doug returned my vehicle to my home on Wednesday am. This is not a unique experience. Doug has provided my husband similar level of service on his Lincoln. It is truly concierge-level. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. More
