It was really different from previous car dealership experiences. Erwin Lee assisted with the finance and I did not have any issues with the financing and/or warranty. I was worried about all the horror stories you hear when you turn in your lease. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Once we worked out the numbers Erwin had all the paper work ready for signing. The night I stopped by the appraisal, there was no pressure to buy a vehicle at that time. Met with Greg and Todd and they were very accommodating on just getting the appraisal value. Emailed Greg 2 days later and advised I would be in for a purchase, he was available when I arrived and after looking at 2 vehicles started to work up a deal on one, I met with Bob Karan and Erwin to finalize the deal and all were extremely helpful. I would recommend them to others for a vehicle purchase. More

I had an excellent experience dealing with the Dealership. I had a 2007 Lincoln MKX and was in the market to look at a new model. I phoned the dealership on a Friday morning and spoke to Dan Shine. He was very polite and looked into a couple of possibilities and phoned me back within a 1/2 hour. I live in Ocean City Maryland and it was a 2 hour drive to the dealership, upon arrival, Dan showed me the vehicle I had seen online and addressed all concerns I had about the vehicle since it was a 2014 and previously leased. He went above and beyond working with me and the end result was driving home the vehicle that I was interested in! All showroom staff including Erwin the Finance manager were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend Carman Ford Lincoln to anyone interested in a new vehicle, and when I'm ready for another new Lincoln, I will certainly return back to see Dan Shine..... More

My Great Car Buying Experience At Carman-Lincoln I was in the market for a vehicle. But, I did not have a way to get to the dealership. Dan was kind enough to volunteer to pick me up so I could look I was in the market for a vehicle. But, I did not have a way to get to the dealership. Dan was kind enough to volunteer to pick me up so I could look over the inventory at Carman Ford-Lincoln. Once there, he was eager to show me and have me test drive whatever vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and told me what I needed to know about each vehicle. I felt quite comfortable dealing with him because; he did not use pressuring sales tactics. He allowed me to make a decision; based on what I was looking for and the information he was providing me, concerning each vehicle. Because of the thorough information I received I was able to make my decision on which vehicle to purchase in a very short period of time. I also told him were I wanted to be price wise and he did his best to make that happen. Needless to say, my experience at the dealership was very good thanks to Dan. I decided to purchase the Lincoln MKC. I love this vehicle and I thought I would not like a 4 cylinder but this car rides and picks up like a V6 model and, it looks good while doing it. At first, I wanted the ruby red but, I think the new burgundy color was the right choice. Thanks Dan and all other staff members for helping choose the right vehicle. I’ve been dealing with Carman for 25 years and the service just keeps getting better and better, which is very nice to see. Keep up the excellent work!
