I had an excellent experience dealing with the Dealership. I had a 2007 Lincoln MKX and was in the market to look at a new model. I phoned the dealership on a Friday morning and spoke to Dan Shine. He was very polite and looked into a couple of possibilities and phoned me back within a 1/2 hour. I live in Ocean City Maryland and it was a 2 hour drive to the dealership, upon arrival, Dan showed me the vehicle I had seen online and addressed all concerns I had about the vehicle since it was a 2014 and previously leased. He went above and beyond working with me and the end result was driving home the vehicle that I was interested in! All showroom staff including Erwin the Finance manager were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend Carman Ford Lincoln to anyone interested in a new vehicle, and when I'm ready for another new Lincoln, I will certainly return back to see Dan Shine..... More

My Great Car Buying Experience At Carman-Lincoln I was in the market for a vehicle. But, I did not have a way to get to the dealership. Dan was kind enough to volunteer to pick me up so I could look I was in the market for a vehicle. But, I did not have a way to get to the dealership. Dan was kind enough to volunteer to pick me up so I could look over the inventory at Carman Ford-Lincoln. Once there, he was eager to show me and have me test drive whatever vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and told me what I needed to know about each vehicle. I felt quite comfortable dealing with him because; he did not use pressuring sales tactics. He allowed me to make a decision; based on what I was looking for and the information he was providing me, concerning each vehicle. Because of the thorough information I received I was able to make my decision on which vehicle to purchase in a very short period of time. I also told him were I wanted to be price wise and he did his best to make that happen. Needless to say, my experience at the dealership was very good thanks to Dan. I decided to purchase the Lincoln MKC. I love this vehicle and I thought I would not like a 4 cylinder but this car rides and picks up like a V6 model and, it looks good while doing it. At first, I wanted the ruby red but, I think the new burgundy color was the right choice. Thanks Dan and all other staff members for helping choose the right vehicle. When I dropped by the dealership a couple of months ago, I really wasn't sure what I was looking for . Both Dan and Frank were extremely helpful in getting me from a state of confusion to a final decision without ever pushing me. They made it clear that their only concern was that I end with the car that I want, no matter how much time it took. Bob Hepner also took the time to answer all of my questions on financing.
