No help I went to carman today to purchase a new F250 and while I was there no one came to assist me. I saw several people in the window looking at me and one I went to carman today to purchase a new F250 and while I was there no one came to assist me. I saw several people in the window looking at me and one even waves at me as I was standing between two trucks. After standing in the cold for over ten minutes with no interaction from the sales staff I decided my money will be spent somewhere else. As I pulled away I drove past the front window and was waved at again. This is poor service in my opinion. More

I give them only 3 stars, because a day or a couple da I bought a Used 2008 Ford F-150 from Carman Ford. It was my first time there to buy a vehicle. I give them only 3 stars, because a day or a couple days after I bought it, I found out the CD player did not work. The Salesman Joseph Giachinno and the Used Car Manager took care of it with out any charge to me. Then when I went to check the oil, I could not get the dipstick to come out. When I went to the service center to have it checked out they tried charging me for the dipstick but not the labor and I said "No because it was like that when I bought it", that was when the salesman and the Used Car Manager took care of it, with no charge to me. I would still recommend them to other people, because they always treated me with respect and made the car buying experience enjoyable. They do need to do a better job checking out there vehicles and servicing them, before you sell them to the public. More

I had an appointment for oil change and ask will they check the rest of the fluids also they told me that they would I left after picking up the car and realized that my windshield wiper fluid was still not working, I got home and called them back, they told me I could bring it back I brought it back and they looked under the hood and realized that my pump wasn't working so they said I would need another one in to bring it back tomorrow so I did that, when I set after 2 hours waiting for the shuttle I asked them since it's been so long maybe my car is ready can you check he looked in the computer and said that my car has not been looked at yet so I said oh boy I thought that was strange after dropping it off at 8 in the morning so on my way home from the shuttle 3 minutes into my ride Ford called me and told me that they have to order the part and that I can get my car I said well I just asked you was my car ready and you told me it wasn't even looked at, now I'm in the shuttle finally going home, so that was a little frustrating so now I have to wait to come back up there to get my car only to still be waiting for them to call me and let me know whether my pump is in, tomorrow will be a week since the initial oil change. More

I requested a price on a vehicle online and received a response in minutes. All negotiations and finance was done thru email as I was still used to the old style car salesman with their bait and switch tactics and I was going to have it on paper!!! I didn't let my guard down for old style sales tricks till I pulled our new Escape into our driveway. I feel I did them a disservice by thinking ever time they said something one of the old games would be played . Our next new car will also be from Carman More
