Excellent new vehicle purchase experience. I purchased a new Lincoln from Carman Lincoln and the experience was excellent. Harry and Frank listened to my needs and concerns and worked out a gre I purchased a new Lincoln from Carman Lincoln and the experience was excellent. Harry and Frank listened to my needs and concerns and worked out a great deal for me. Erwin handled all of the paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. The entire experience went very well and I am completely happy with my new vehicle. I recommend Carman to everyone. They are a great dealership. More

Carman Ford Lincoln Review When I started looking for a new car and stopped at Carman to look at the MKC Gary Santora came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help When I started looking for a new car and stopped at Carman to look at the MKC Gary Santora came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help me. I told him I was just looking and didn't need any help at the time. He said, "he would be glad to show me around". I said I was just looking and did not need any help. He said, "I guess you want me to leave you alone so you can get started". I said,"Yes". He read me completely and left me alone. I was very impressed with the MKC and before I left I picked up one of Gary's business cards. When I came back, I went directly to Gary and told him I wanted to drive the car and because of family health concerns I had limited time. He made sure I had my test drives and all the information I wanted keeping in mind I was in a hurry. I found the car I was interested in and purchased it that day. Largely because of the way I was treated. I picked up the car and again I was limited to the time I had. All the employees were very helpful and got me in and out with great speed. Gary went over the vehicular making sure I was comfortable with the car before I left the lot. Many times reinforcing that I could come in any time or call if I needed any help with the cars functions. I have had a very positive experience with Carman Ford Lincoln and would highly recommend the dealership to my friends. Steve Reilly More

No arguing with Sales Professional I returned to see Greg Grimaldi as he handled my two prior dealings with Carman group. No matter how busy the dealership is Greg makes me feel importa I returned to see Greg Grimaldi as he handled my two prior dealings with Carman group. No matter how busy the dealership is Greg makes me feel important. He addressed all my queries. Robert as manager did a solid job explaining the additional warranty but with a great product like fusion titanium, no need to strong sell after I said no thanks. Not annoying but dropping price to Han xxx add'l warranty was not pleasant. More

Jai Nichols is the BEST!!! You've gotta go see JJ! I had been to a number of different car dealerships in Delaware. I had given up on finding a car that was right for me. I told myself before we went I had been to a number of different car dealerships in Delaware. I had given up on finding a car that was right for me. I told myself before we went to Carman that this was the last stop. You know what they say; you saved the best for last! We had the best experience ever, I got the car I wanted and our salesmen JJ went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything we needed! I will only buy my cars from JJ at Carman Ford!
