Excellent new vehicle purchase experience. I purchased a new Lincoln from Carman Lincoln and the experience was excellent. Harry and Frank listened to my needs and concerns and worked out a gre I purchased a new Lincoln from Carman Lincoln and the experience was excellent. Harry and Frank listened to my needs and concerns and worked out a great deal for me. Erwin handled all of the paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. Carman Ford Lincoln Review When I started looking for a new car and stopped at Carman to look at the MKC Gary Santora came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help When I started looking for a new car and stopped at Carman to look at the MKC Gary Santora came out and introduced himself and asked if he could help me. I told him I was just looking and didn't need any help at the time. He said, "he would be glad to show me around". I said I was just looking and did not need any help. He said, "I guess you want me to leave you alone so you can get started". I said,"Yes". He read me completely and left me alone. I was very impressed with the MKC and before I left I picked up one of Gary's business cards. When I came back, I went directly to Gary and told him I wanted to drive the car and because of family health concerns I had limited time. He made sure I had my test drives and all the information I wanted keeping in mind I was in a hurry. I found the car I was interested in and purchased it that day. Largely because of the way I was treated. I picked up the car and again I was limited to the time I had. All the employees were very helpful and got me in and out with great speed. Gary went over the vehicular making sure I was comfortable with the car before I left the lot. Many times reinforcing that I could come in any time or call if I needed any help with the cars functions. I have had a very positive experience with Carman Ford Lincoln and would highly recommend the dealership to my friends. Steve Reilly More
