Joseph Giacchino met and greeted us while opening the front door and then served us with the utmost professionalism. He knew his job, made us feel welcome and wanted as a customer. He thanked us for our business. Todd Brabender and Dan Miller (the finance managers) greeted us and assured us they could work our deal, and did so quickly, staying well within all of our financial limits. They too were very professional. Mr. Robert Hepner prepared the paperwork quickly and with ease. He was professional and yet engaged us in funny conversations, as he did his job. All of our information on the paperwork was correct. This was the easiest and quickest process I ever remember receiving at a car dealership. Lastly, I called the next day to obtain a missing item and the receptionist Laurie was just as pleasant and professional as the rest of the sales team.
