Great experience! I very reluctantly ventured into the world of SUV's. The Lincoln MKC caught my eye on the road so I thought I would give it a try. The sales person (Nick) and the sales manager, Bob, did a very good job in the solving of the matter, that was beyond their knowledge , and had it solved within minutes of my presents. Your Collision Manager- Guy Salvadori (2579) went over the situation and stated a time frame it would tske to do the job. Right on target! In closing, it was a very nice experience. This is a serious evaluation. It is rare to do business with a company that is so focused on the customer experience. Although I am old and my Lincoln will probably be my last car, if I had the need purchase another, Carman is the only dealer I would ever go to. From my original contact, through purchase, ownership and servicing, the team at Carman made me feel comfortable, calm, and reassured. I never even thought about the price. Price is not a consideration when you present a quality product and superior service. I would like to commend Mr, Paul Montefiore for making me feel I had a good day on Wed. Disgusted and robbed I bought a used car at Carmen Ford Lincoln in New Castle Delaware. Within the week I noticed the car had unusual vibrations when it was idling. I told I bought a used car at Carmen Ford Lincoln in New Castle Delaware. Within the week I noticed the car had unusual vibrations when it was idling. I told the sales rep what was going on and he blew me off and sent me to the service department. When I went to get the car checked out I was told I had to pay $500 for repairs on the car. I had to repair the car because the vibrations were getting worse and it was an engine mount problem. When I contacted the sales department and the service managers I was told I could not get a refund because they didn't notice the problem when they inspected it. It is not my fault that they couldn't find the broken part or decided to sell it even though it was broken. I also think that when the sales rep saw two women come in for a car that I was taken for a fool and sold a broken car. I didn't even get a key fob to unlock my car. The sales rep told me it was impossible to get one because it wasn't turned in when the vehicle was given to them. I came in on my own later and was given TWO. The laziness of the salesman astounded me. I will never again buy a Ford. I do not trust the people there and think that it is very shady that broken and faulty vehicles can be sold and customers robbed blind. I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience. More
