Finally I chose the MKC and I love it! Perfect size for me and my sometimes passengers. Before I left with the car, Jai showed me how to work everything, I haven't had to read the manual! More

cruise control problem Purchased a Chevy at a Ford/Lincoln dealer. I was led to believe that it had the remainder 5yr/100,000 warranty. The dealer knew of the problem but Purchased a Chevy at a Ford/Lincoln dealer. I was led to believe that it had the remainder 5yr/100,000 warranty. The dealer knew of the problem but did not offer to fix it, saying that it has to be repaired by Chevy. Rather they gave me $250 toward the cost of repair. Sloppy they should have repaired it for me at no cost. They did advertise the car as under warranty and not "as is". More

Nice truck poor service. There were lights out that they didn't or wouldn't fix a marker light and both tow mirror blinkers were not working. When I picked the truck up it was parked by a curb I checked the truck and everything seemed OK but when I got home one of the Nerf Bars/Side Step had fresh white paint and a damage about 18 inches long. I called the next morning and sent pictures and I was just told that it is my problem and I felt like they said I hit something. I traveled from NJ to Delaware to buy this truck and paid over $20,000.00 and thought I would have been treated better. John Brookings was very nice I guess his hands were tied and couldn't help me, they don't even fill the gas tank. More
