I would recommend Carman Ford Lincoln I worked with Dan Shine on purchasing a Ford Escape for my wife .I told Dan what I wanted to spend a month and how much I wanted to put down .Dan was I worked with Dan Shine on purchasing a Ford Escape for my wife .I told Dan what I wanted to spend a month and how much I wanted to put down .Dan was able to accommodate me and I was very pleased with that . He went over everything on the car and was able to answer any questions I had. I also leased a Lincoln MKC a year and a half ago and that also was from Dan Shine .He does a wonderful job and helps you in any way he possibly can. More

Nice truck poor service. There were lights out that they didn't or wouldn't fix a marker light and both tow mirror blinkers were not working. When I picked the truck up it was parked by a curb I checked the truck and everything seemed OK but when I got home one of the Nerf Bars/Side Step had fresh white paint and a damage about 18 inches long. I called the next morning and sent pictures and I was just told that it is my problem and I felt like they said I hit something. I traveled from NJ to Delaware to buy this truck and paid over $20,000.00 and thought I would have been treated better. John Brookings was very nice I guess his hands were tied and couldn't help me, they don't even fill the gas tank. More

Still having issues with the dealership 2 months later! So unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this dealership. I went in here in search of a pickup truck. Worked up some numbers with Scott So unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this dealership. I went in here in search of a pickup truck. Worked up some numbers with Scott and then decided to go across the street to the Dodge dealership to see what other options there might be. Shortly thereafter my phone rang and Scott said he could actually sell me the Dodge I was interested in because it was also a Carman dealership. I tried to be nice because I know sales associates work off commission and I had worked with Scott first but it turned into a crazy battle with all sorts of drama between the dealerships when I tried to purchase the Dodge from Scott. At one point I actually had to call the manager at the Carman Dodge to have him let me buy the Dodge from Scott because I was told by the manager at the Ford that they wouldn't allow me to buy it at the Ford dealership. So, while Scott had assured me he could sell me the truck, it took 2 days to resolve the drama and did not provide a very good customer experience with me witnessing all the bad blood between the two dealerships. After I finally finished the paperwork (which took about 2 hours despite having secured financing and making an appointment beforehand) I was written an IOU from Scott because my truck had no floor mats. It's been 2 months and I STILL do not have my tags or floor mats (even though I was promised by Scott that the mats were being ordered and shipped to my house). I've had to follow up at least 3 times - never has Scott taken the initiative to update me (even a bi-weekly update would be nice). Definitely can tell he's not that interested after the sale is over. I have trouble reaching someone there every time I call, had to convince them to give me a 1/2 tank of gas when I found my new truck on E, and in the 2 months I've had the car, the check engine light has come on numerous times and I have lost my power steering capabilities in the 2014 truck at random times. Overall, my experience with both of these Carman dealerships has been highly Unsatisfying and I would urge consumers to purchase their vehicle anywhere else. More

I decided to visit Carman Ford due to their great reviews about their sales staff. Prior to my arrival to the dealership, I emailed about a vehicle, I received a quick and welcoming email reply. The same day it was followed up with a friendly call from Brett, the amazing customer service made up my mind to visit sooner than later to see the vehicle which I was interested, although I was still healing and recovering. The same day I went and met with Joseph Giacchino who was concerned about my injuries more than selling me a car. Joe suggested picking me up at a later date when I felt better to see & test drive interested vehicles. Joe's concern and attentive behavior was truly refreshing and appreciative. I researched other dealerships and vehicles online to visit. I was won over from the email, phone call and excellent and efficient customer service by Joe Giacchino. I did purchase a vehicle after my 2nd visit with Joe the next day painful injuries and all. Awesome customer service; great prices which are comparison to Kelly Blue Book; provided informative vehicle history and convenient and quick process in obtaining a vehicle.
