cruise control problem Purchased a Chevy at a Ford/Lincoln dealer. I was led to believe that it had the remainder 5yr/100,000 warranty. The dealer knew of the problem but Purchased a Chevy at a Ford/Lincoln dealer. I was led to believe that it had the remainder 5yr/100,000 warranty. The dealer knew of the problem but did not offer to fix it, saying that it has to be repaired by Chevy. Rather they gave me $250 toward the cost of repair. Sloppy they should have repaired it for me at no cost. They did advertise the car as under warranty and not "as is". More

Approximately one month ago Larry Giacchino contacted me about the early out program because my lease was about to end. However, Dan had already contacted me about leasing a new MKX. I made an appointment with Dan and he made the whole process extremely easy. As before excellent service and attention to the details by Dan in the entire Carman Ford Lincoln Team.
