My family has also purchased a lot of vehicles from this dealership and Frank and Gary came highly recommended. The purchase of my wifes Lincoln Mkc was fast and easy. This is the second car i have bought her from carman and had zero issues. I purchased my f-150 as well through gary and frank who again were nothing but great! I had an issue with the service department shortly after the purchase of my vehicle and gary and frank both reached out to me and handled the issue, even when they did not have to. My sales consultant, Greg C-Futch, was very helpful and knowledgeable as was the sales manager, Frank Azan. Since I was buying a car for my daughter safety was paramount and fuel economy was important too. Greg and frank were a pleasure to deal with and genuinely interested in finding me a car that met the needs of my daughter. It was truly the best car buying experience that I have ever had in my life. Short of getting a jump and driving straight to Carmen Ford, I was greeted by Chris Southard, service advisor. Who was clam and friendly. The look on my face was a "help me and help me NOW" expression. He kindly asked, " how can I help you today?" I explained that this issue could be the battery, not sure how much life is left on it...he said he would get it in and take a look. Chris was very attentive and explained everything over the course of figuring out the issue. Chris and Randy were very professional and attentive to detail. I appreciate, as a woman that both of you "listened" and valued my opinion. Thank you! More

Don't Bother Scheduling a Test Drive I came to this dealer from 2 hours away. In order to avoid any issues, I've scheduled a test drive for two cars a week in advance. When I walked into I came to this dealer from 2 hours away. In order to avoid any issues, I've scheduled a test drive for two cars a week in advance. When I walked into the store, the person that I was scheduled with didn't even bother to show up and they had no clue which cars that I wanted to test drive, even though I had scheduled it a week in advance. A salesman who was taking care of us immediately asked us if we were going to make a decision today. Since we had other test drives scheduled with other companies, we said no, and his attitude changed drastically from that point. He said "let's make this as quick as possible" and drove us to a Walmart parking lot and have us drive the car back to the dealer from there. After test driving the first car, we told him that we still wanted to test drive the second car. Again, even though I had this scheduled a week ago with specific models, they didn't know, or they didn't care, which car that I wanted to test drive, and showed us a random one, but the same model, on the lot and he said that the tank would be empty in 2 miles since the car just arrived at the dealer. This combined with the uncomfortable seats in the second car, we decided not to test drive it. After all of this, he comes to us and offers a "today only" price, like all the things I just mentioned did not happen. We told them that we narrowed down our decision to a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and a Ford F-150, and he says, in a condescending tone, "ohh you're not ready at all then". I am assuming he said this because they are two different kind of vehicles, but I could consider a mustang vs. a ford F-150 and that's the reason customers test drive the cars after all, to see if they like the way a car drives. Both cars might have positives and negatives. Towards the end of our time at this dealership, we asked if we could get a copy of the detailed price sheet he got for us in case we decide to go with the F-150 model after test driving the Jeep Wrangler at a different place, and he said that, "there is no need to copy, you can just keep it, because you won't be buying the car till July". We never said anything like this, I told him that I would finalize my decision before the Summer, and I am still planning to buy the car in May. But obviously not from this dealer anymore. My suggestion is that, don't judge your customers based on if they're going to buy the car the same day or not. More
