Guy Likes to Lie I have been dealing with this dealership since the early 80s when they were Castle Ford when they were over on New Castle Avenue. I actually bought I have been dealing with this dealership since the early 80s when they were Castle Ford when they were over on New Castle Avenue. I actually bought my first two vehicles from them. I never had a problem and was always happy with their service. We brought my wife’s 2016 MKZ in there on July 9 because the trim around the back window and the panoramic roof was peeling. They took pictures and said they were going to submit it for warrantee and get back to us. A few weeks went by and we hadn’t heard from them. I finally called to see what was going on on August 23. I was told that the service manager Guy would call me back . On August 27th, Guy called me and apologized about the delay and said that he was going to call me back that day to set up something for that week to have it fixed. I never heard back from him and also called and left messages for him to call me. Finally on September 10 my wife and I went to the dealership the hunt Guy down since he wasn’t returning my calls. We did speak to him and he apologized and said he was still waiting for Lincoln to give the OK. He also told us that service was going to be installing them and not the body shop. He told us when we left he was going to let the service manager Steve know. I called service yesterday which was the 25th of September. I spoke to Steve and explain the situation. He apologized and told me that this is the first time he’s hearing about this. He was sorry that I had to bring the car in so he could look at it. I went there today and he looked at the car and we set up appointment to have it fixed. Wish I dealt with Steve from the beginning. Always have had good luck with this dealership but I would highly recommend not having any dealings with Guy. When giving this rating unfortunately I didn’t have the option to give zero stars because that’s when I would give Guy. More

xxxxxxx I hate being taken advantage of. When you come in with a budget and all you shown are things above that, it insulting. When you say the cost should I hate being taken advantage of. The kbb on the cars i was looking at was 9600 at best. they were trying to pawn it off I have bought several cars from carman. This is the first time i was able to see clearly. In the past I was under the gun to just get something to get to work due to accidents or repairable cars. The last one i bought our budget was 300/month no more. it took several sit for tats and it was done at 299.97. More

This time I wanted to know my options as whether to buy or lease and JAMES DAVIS researched and delivered and explained each one . I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. He was very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable as we made this financial decision. There were customers ahead of us so it took a awhile to be able to sign the final papers and the owner was conscious of our time being valuable and gave us a gift certificate for dinner which we so much appreciated. Once Seated with Mr E . Lee to complete the sale we were again treated professionally with a smile and a firm handshake thanking us for our business. Kudos To all of the employees that serviced us yesterday at the dealership. It is obvious that you are committed to exceptional service. More
