Very rude service department!! I called and made a appointment with a lady named Angel and when I went to take my truck to be serviced, they said Angel did not work there. They come I called and made a appointment with a lady named Angel and when I went to take my truck to be serviced, they said Angel did not work there. They come across as if I was lying. Steve Hudson the manager of the service department was rude, to me and I saw him act rude to his own employees in the past I actually went up and spoke to Mrs Angel in the main building. This would have been the 3rd time for me bring my truck to be fixed, they gave me my 100 back and told me to leave. More

Patience, caring and PERSONABLE Ive been dealing with Carman since 2007. Recently I looked around on-line but didn't visit any bcuz my heart wasnt there to go physically! I did go back to Carman OF COURSE to get the same service I was used to getting. James Davis and Frank Azan treated me like family. They did not push or make me feel uncomfortable.
