Good Service James was great, but I was not able to walk away with the car I wanted, but he provided me a strategy to get me where I need to go. Excellent Customer Service! I visit this dealer because it is the closest Ford Lincoln dealer to my work place. To make long story short I should tell that my car had issue even I visit this dealer because it is the closest Ford Lincoln dealer to my work place. To make long story short I should tell that my car had issue even after the full service done. I believe human error and mistake can be happened anywhere, anytime but what will make a business successful is to take action to correct the mistake and more important satisfy customer. This dealer did this excellent job after just one email and one phone call and they solve my car issue right away. And more important I have got handwriting thank you letter and two tickets of Philadelphia Auto Show. I tried Lincoln Navigator in Philly Auto Show and I will buy my next car from this dealer. More
