The service was excellent I had an accident recently and I was happy when Geico sent me to the Carman Body Shop because that is where I bought the car. The experienced is never a good one when sonething serious like a cylinder misfire happened to your brand new 2020 Lincoln Navigator. But in the end I can say that the good people at Carman, from my salesman John McDonald to Dave the service manager to Jamie Ledford the Customer Relations Manager made me whole and happy with their professional due diligence.
