I cannot say enough nice things about this service department. I had an issue with my vehicle's transmission and the parts weren't available for over two weeks! When Brandon called to update me I expr department. I had an issue with my vehicle's transmission and the parts weren't available for over two weeks! When Brandon called to update me I expressed my concerns with him and he was extremely accommodating and made me feel like he was handling everything. Jamie set me up with a loaner vehicle and even helped me move my items from one car to another. Great job Jamie and Brandon! I will never take my escape anywhere else for service. More
